Won’t do this again.

The food was terrible. Chicken was under cooked and nuggets were hard as a rock. Mashed potatoes were slimy. The brownie tasted good but was the size of a credit card and served on a 10 inch plate. The cast was good. But the servers were so distracting you couldn’t watch the show. We were very disappointed.

A highly recommended excursion

Had a brilliant trip. Brad our guide was excellent, very informative, helpful and funny. We managed to see a rocket launch before getting to Kennedy Space Centre and Brad ensured we stopped safely and our driver Frood was just great. Kennedy Space centre was great and Brad helped us by telling us what order to visit the attractions in. We then went for an airboat ride which was so much fun and we saw lots of gators and our boat captain was great. An all round great excursion, highly recommended.

What a day! 🚀🐊🐬🌈

Bob the tour guide and John the driver went above and beyond with efficiency and effort to make sure we got to the space center with a few minutes to go before a rocket launch so we could all see it. We were very lucky as it was their 4th attempt at launch! We will forever be grateful for how they efficiently loaded the coach and helped us to get there in time safely so we could all film it! We also loved all the print outs and information provided by Bob. The Space Center is a must do! Amazing place! Also we really loved the airboat alligator ride. The Twister company were so good at helping us find alligators, respecting them and providing us with information. And I felt safe letting my 8 year old do this boat trip too. The coach ride back was topped off with seeing a dolphin and a double rainbow! Luck was on our side but everything was made better by everyone involved with today. Thank you so much! What a day!

Extremely good trip, highly recommend

Good, on time pick up from location. Was told good, interesting facts along the drive making it more interesting for many. We was told about a rocket launch which we then stopped for and watched it as a group. Tour guide Brad, extremely helpful with any issues atall. Once arrived showed us directions and gave us recommendations of what to do. Highly recommend :)

Great Experience!

The space center was amazing! We really enjoyed our time until the last minutes. Our tour guide Brad was awesome!!! Funny, kind, and professional! The shuttle was great as well.

A great chance to visit the oldest city in the USA.

This trip was a great opportunity to briefly leave behind our wonderful Disney World holiday and discover more of the real Florida. St Augustine is the oldest city in the US and is full of history and impressive buildings reflecting its colonial and Spanish origins. It’s also a beautiful coastal resort full of eclectic shops, bars and restaurants with some wonderful scenery. Surprisingly we were the only people to book this trip so huge thanks and credit to GrayLine for going ahead with it when some companies may have been tempted to cancel or rearrange. It meant we, effectively had our own personal VIP experience. Coincidentally the wonderful Kevin was once again our guide and driver. He went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome and special and gave us lots of fascinating history and information about Florida and St Augustine on route which was invaluable. He also took us on a short tour to see other parts of the city not part of the formal trip including the fabulous St Augustine Lighthouse. The trip included a one hour boat cruise which is really worth it not just to enjoy the scenery and spot some sea birds including ospreys but also the captain told us lots about the area as we cruised around. Throughout the rest of the day we visited St Augustine Fort and The Pirate Museum- which are both enjoyable and well worth visiting. We briefly visited the colonial museum but didn’t really have time to do much - including the walking tour - and didn’t find it as interesting so probably should have skipped that. There were lots of other museums and places - including beautiful churches- we would have loved to have visited but didn’t have the time. St Augustine is a small, walkable city but you really need 2 or 3 days to do it justice. Nonetheless we experienced some great highlights and I’d thoroughly recommend the trip.

A must for all ages

Firstly booking these tickets was easy. KSC is a must, a very interesting and exciting day. We ate at the Orbit Cafe nothing special but we're from Australia all the food is different here. I also got a iced coffee from Starbucks. KSC was very informative with lots to see and do. Parking was easy, we followed instructions on our order and collected out tickets. Entry was easy, we too the shuttle bus first then looked at everything else after. We experienced a simulated launch which was pretty cool. We got there a little later that we wanted. It was hard to get everyone up and ready. So make sure your plan to get there early. We drove from Kissimmee which took an hour and five minutes it was a easy and pleasant drive.

Visiting the Kennedy Space Center with Gray Line Orlando was an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez, was incredibly helpful, polite, and engaging. So interesting. Take the behind the scenes bus tours. Better than I thought it would be. Food choices were great. Staff is very knowledgeable.

An out of this world experience!

This was an out of this world experience from start to finish. Our guide and driver, Kevin, was so friendly and welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. On route he gave us lots of fabulous facts and fascinating insight about the Kennedy Space Centre and Florida generally and his tips on how to plan our day were invaluable in helping us make the most of the visit. The VIP experience is excellent value for money because in addition to the personalised service of pick up from the hotel, snacks and lunch vouchers it also includes the explorer tour which is definitely worth doing. You’re taken to areas not covered in the other tour with the addition of an informative guide who works for NASA who gave us lots of useful background information which made the tour extra special. All in all it was a very special day. Highly recommended.

A five-star day

We recently took the Gray Line Kennedy Space Center in Orlando tour on 9th August , and it was fantastic! Our guide, Bonnie, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, making the tour both educational and fun. The bus was comfortable and clean, and the driver was very skilled. We would absolutely repeat with them.
