Nice tour

The tour was as nice, excellent tour guide. A little long, but good. Late day rain showers made it a little difficult, but not the tour operators fault :)

I thought it was a fun show. The cast did a great job of involving the audience. Dinner was good. Everything is very well organized.

Great Day

We had a great day at the Kennedy Space Center. We booked through Gray Line and got retrieved from the Disney Swan resort at the exact time we were supposed to. We had Brad as our bus guide and he was hilarious, informative and bubbly. Megan was our driver and she was fantastic and welcoming. We live in the UK so booking a trip in another country in places we don't know was quite scary, but Brad made us feel at ease, it was really easy, the whole day was great. The space center had loads to do and see. Would recommend for everyone!!!! Jack Green and Amelia

Experience at Kennedy was fantastic, then we did Airboat ride also good, Brad our guide was very knowledgeable and good fun, Driver also very nice but I forget her name

Wild florida and air boat ride

Got picked up at icon 6 driver and guide was very polite and informative.he explained every detail and the times that we required for the planned trips we had booked. The gator park was very good, but very small so you can only really spend an hour or so here. The air boat ride was amazing (30mins) ride, but you can do an hour also. All in all the day was very good. Well done, grayline we would definitely book again.

Great experience from start to finish!

Booked a trip to Kennedy Space Center via TUI and was completed with Gray Line. From start to finish was an excellent experience. My wife and I were picked up from the Golden Corral by Kevin right on time and were met with joy and enthusiasm which certainly made the early start more bearable. Kevin was extremely knowledgable throughout the journey such as advising the best routes to take in the park and pointing out some nesting eagles to spot en route. KSC was fantastic as well with lots to see and surprised us on how well presented and the amount to interact with and do throughout. Would recommend fully.

Oscar our driver was amazing. He gave us explanations while we were going to the KSC. He offered a breakfast at the beggining, a 15$ voucher food for lunch and a snack and water at our way back.

I gave my husband one task for the entire trip. Plan our day at Kennedy Space Center. He didn’t but our driver Oscar saved him. He was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and went over everything so we could make a good plan. I don’t think we would have fit everything in without his help. Do this excursion and hope you get Oscar!

Won't bother again

Not what is was years ago. Show is ok but lacks energy as before , food awful and service poor.no spoons for desert !! Cost to value ratio isn't met. Gift shop is crazy pricing for tat.

I had an excellent experience with this bus service to the Kennedy Space Centre. Our guide, Mauricio, was friendly and welcoming from the beginning. He provided clear advice on how to make the most of the visit. At first, his suggestions gave me the impression that time might be tight, but in the end, everything flowed smoothly. I saw everything I wanted, and only once or twice did I need to glance at my notes from his guidance. The bus was comfortable, WiFi was available on board, and the driver managed everything reliably. Pickup was early, which was a pleasant surprise at such an early hour. Mauricio also mentioned that he has a daily schedule leaflet, although only one contained the booking URL for the VR experience. It would probably be more convenient if copies were available for everyone rather than making each person scan the QR code—a minor point worth mentioning. I also found some of his advice, such as when to take photos, a little unnecessary. That said, his friendliness and enthusiasm created a positive atmosphere and set the right tone for the day. The comfortable bus and smooth organisation made for a delightful and stress-free trip.
