My wife and I had one day to visit the KSC and Kevin made that experience so much fun. He was full of information and his tips for navigating the space center were spot-on. He had us where we wanted to be when we needed to be there. He always had a smile and his hospitality was premium. Great job Kevin!!

We used Gray Line tours for our Kennedy Space Centre Experience. Travelling in from Australia we did not know what to expect but we were left thoroughly impressed by the service provided and the friendliness of both our guide Bonni and driver Frood. Can’t recommend them enough!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Orlando and booked our day at Kennedy Space Center through Costco and I didn't read the email confirm correctly so we didn't know we were supposed to meet a tour bus and ended up taking an Uber from Orlando to KSC. Once I figured it out and called Grey Line, Jason answered the phone and immediately helped us out, by telling us where to go, and contacting our on site tour guide, Bonni, who gave us our tickets and walked us back to the entrance while telling us what to do, where to go, and when to meet back up with the bus. Bonni also double checked our drop off location while we were enjoying our time at Kennedy Space Center and then proceeded to chat with us towards the end of the trip back to our drop off point. I would give more than 5 stars if possible and plan on using Grey Line Orlando if or when we make it back on other vacations.

Thanks to both of them, the whole day was stress-free and unforgettable. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and truly felt taken care of. The Highlights of Orlando City Tour was a fantastic way to experience the city beyond the theme parks! Our guide Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of interesting stories about Orlando’s history and local culture. We started with exploring the charming neighborhoods like Winter Park, where we enjoyed the tree-lined streets and beautiful lakes. The boat cruise there was definitely a highlight — peaceful, picturesque, and a great chance to see some stunning homes along the water. We also stopped at Lake Eola Park, where was the Sunday market with life Musik and street food. The schedule was well-paced, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Overall, this tour offered a refreshing and well-rounded look at Orlando — perfect for visitors who want to see more than just the theme parks. Das Schwimmen mit den Seekühen war einfach magisch! Karla war super freundlich, geduldig und hat uns viele interessante Informationen über die Tiere und ihren Lebensraum gegeben. Sie hat sich sehr viel mühe gegeben, die Tiere zu finden. Wir waren in Oktober und die beste Zeit für Manatees ist Dezember bis Februar, so dass in Oktober sehr wenige zu finden sind. Die Manatees waren unglaublich sanft, gar nich scheu und ruhig ein echtes Highlight! Auch der Besuch im Homosassa State Park war wunderschön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, und man kann viele einheimische Tiere aus nächster Nähe sehen. Besonders toll fand ich, dass der Park sich stark für den Schutz und die Rehabilitation der Tiere einsetzt. Alles war bestens organisiert – von der Abholung über die Ausrüstung bis hin zur Rückfahrt. Ich kann diese Tour wirklich jedem empfehlen, der ein authentisches Naturerlebnis in Florida sucht.

Informative but CASHLESS!
Nice family experience. Last here in early 90's, so much more to do. 15yo was semi interested which was a nice surprise. Adults enjoyed visit. We spent 1.5 hours before bus tour which was no enough, recommended 3 hrs to visit exhibits minimum. Only negative is NO CASH ACCEPTED! EVERY SINGLE FEDERAL AND/OR STATE FACILITY SHOULD ALLOW CASH.
