you want a tour of Orlando’s traffic and a masterclass in audacity, Gray Line is for you. Our guide, Brad, was essentially a decorative lawn ornament—he stayed outside the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) the whole time, serving zero purpose while we struggled to navigate. He "forgot" to mention the KSC app or booking windows, so we missed the shows, but he did remember to "mistakenly" hand me tickets and then hit me up for cash at the end like a back-alley shakedown. The "tour" is a joke. Uber is cheaper, faster, and doesn't hold you hostage on a route that passes your own hotel just to waste two hours of your life. Brad’s only real skill was bullying an elderly woman with a language barrier for being late—forcing the bus to "applaud" her late arrival like a schoolyard bully. Pro tip: Watch a YouTube video of the Space Center. It’s more educational, costs $0, and doesn't aggressively beg you for tips while you're trying to nap. Brad and his driver aren't guides; they’re just greedy gatekeepers of a bad experience.

It’s priced higher than Uber for one person for Kennedy Space Centre tour managed them. If you are two people or more and tech savvy then it’s best to go by car. Their routes are very long because of so many drop offs and traffic in Orlando, so such routes are tiring. Good for old people and beginners to US who want guidance on each step of the way.

Carlos the bus driver was awesome. Tour guide Bonni was also anwesome and got some good space jokes 🤪. Would highly recommend both of these two. Thanks from Idaho.

Bob was a great host on the bus to KSC-very informative. However, we found Kennedy Space Center to be way overpriced food, merch for what you get, and the experiences. The LC 39 was a complete waste of time on the Kennedy bus route. 5 stars for Gray Line & 3 stars for KSC.

We travelled from Dublin Ireland and had put up at one of the International Drive hotels. One of the pick up point for the Kennedy Space Center tour Avanti palm Resort which is not the same as the Avanti Resort next to our hotel. The link to the spot on the automated acknowledgement what's app message did not work. Thieir support did help out and finally managed to get on the bus tour. The time given is short especially for the holiday season with long queues for every show/food/coffee . The drop at the Kennedy Center is around 9 AM and return is at 4:30 PM. We could not do the shuttle simulator within Atlantis and also missed the Christmas time drone show which is anyways scheduled at around 6:50 P. M. (no information at the time of the booking if am not wrong that we will not be able to attend the drone show if we take this tour). Brad as the tour guild was nice and funny. I guess taking a separate ticket and travelling to the park using Uber is a way better OPTION.

I had the best day ever! Swimming with manatees, discovering Florida’s wildlife and speeding on an airboat!!! Mauricio was amazing, guiding us and driving us safely throughout the entire experience. Thank you 🙏🏻✨😍

I went to Kennedy Space Center with Orlando Grey Line on Sunday Dec 21. Mauricio is a great tour guide guy. He suggested good tips to avoid crowds. Thanks to him we were also able to book the VR experiences which sold out very fast. We were able to utilize our time there to complete most places in the center, and also had tone to explore and buy souvenirs. All in a day!!
