Not for us but many like it

The transport service from Orlando via get your guide app and grayline transportation was excellent as was communication and the host Bob.. The space centre was good for first couple of hours but we found the experience overall boring . The overall standard of the place was pretty poor .. The staff were friendly and helpful Fortunately we broke up the day with the alligator boat ride and that was excellent

The airboat safari ride was exceptional as was Bob the guide and the communication regarding the day and also pre communication regarding collection pick up details The Kennedy space center we found as a family extremely dull .. The first couple of hours was fine then that was enough for us .. ..most of staff are very nice .. The catering indoor space orbit I think it’s called is an unpleasant experience and low standards with staff screening out order numbers .. I wouldn’t bother with the space centre but the airboat is a pleasant experience

Brad was a great host who gave us loads of fun facts along the way on our trip out to KSC from Orlando. We had a great day and the transportation was great - very comfortable.

The Kennedy Space Center was an out-of-this-world experience! From the moment I stepped foot on the grounds, I was immersed in the history and excitement of space exploration. The exhibits were incredibly informative and interactive, making it easy for both adults and children to learn and enjoy. The highlight was definitely seeing the Space Shuttle Atlantis up close. It was truly awe-inspiring. I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in science, technology, or simply a unique and unforgettable experience.

Brad was a dude. Super insightful and ever fact was delightful delivered with a spot of comedic value. Far better value than an Uber and smells considerably better too.

Appalling Customer Service - Rude Office Staff

I would rate even lower if I could - but this one point rating was early by the excellence of our driver on the day (Mauricio was fabulous) Appalling service received this week from Grayline Orlando office (via phone - unfortunately I do not have the names of either the female call taker nor the male ‘manager’ that we were transferred to upon our hotel concierge request.  We had a reserved booking for a VIP small group tour to Kennedy Space (18/12/24).  There was a confusion with the hotel address for our pick up location and we were left to arrange our own transport to KSC to meet our tour bus.  This was very distressing as this day had been planned months in advance and we had travelled from Australia especially to honour a wish of our recently deceased son/brother.  I had rung your office to confirm our pick up and times the morning prior (17/12/24) and was advised to ‘wait for an email’ - at no time during this call was I advised that no phone details were on our booking nor asked to provide a phone contact number.  I did receive a confirmation email later that afternoon - while enjoying another day of sightseeing at another Orlando Attraction (with no access to our original booking information).  This email provided a Sheraton Hotel address at Lake Buena Vista, and assuming the tour company was correct I did not respond.  Being an international tourist with zero knowledge of the local area I had no awareness that there is more than one Sheraton Hotel address in this immediate area of Lake Buena Vista.  The phone call that evolved on the morning of was very distressing with both Sheraton Vistana staff and my adult daughter each trying to have a discussion with Grayline staff and manager.  The manager’s tone and language was accusatory and degrading and the call escalated quickly with no outcome   My daughter was told that Grayline ‘company protocol was followed’ and that nothing could be done to assist us as we had called 12 minutes after our advised pick up time and you company only allows a 10 minute wait window.  She was also advised that the driver had requested us by name at the concierge (of the incorrect hotel) but was not given an answer as to what was done by Grayline once the driver realised we were not guests there.  As this day was of such great importance to our family, we were left with no option other than to arrange our own transport to KSC and join the tour once we arrived there.  We cannot fault the attention and friendliness of our driver (Mauricio) once we arrived at KSC.  We became aware of how close by the second Sheraton property is to our own accommodation and that there are actually at least 3 Sheraton hotels in the Lake Buena Vista area - something that cannot be expected to be known by tourists/visitors but something that should be well know by the tour company.  When we arrived home from a long and emotional day I looked back through my original booking details from October 2024.  The address fault was absolutely at the company’s end of this communication as I rechecked the original booking confirmation email showing the correct pick up address. All of the above information was emailed directly to Grayline with a request to reimburse our extra transport cost and offer an apology - the company has failed to respond to our communication.
