(Translated by Google) We booked Gray Line Orlando to go to NASA at Cape Canaveral on January 5, 2025. The bus arrived punctually to pick us up. It was already there 30 minutes early, waiting until the scheduled time (and longer, since there were some latecomers). The time it took to get to NASA was as estimated, about an hour, without major traffic. The bus was clean and in good condition, spacious, and had comfortable seats. They gave us tickets to enter the visitor center on the bus. And at the end of the day, they picked us up at the exact same location they dropped us off. The only downside, though, is that NASA closes at 6 PM and the pickup time was 4:30 PM, when all the information on the website says the pickup is after the visitor center closes. That was the only negative, as we had an hour and a half less to explore the site, and we were very short on time, not as much as we had planned. For that reason, I would give my rating less than 5 stars. However, I give the full score thanks to the excellent guide who provided the tour, Mauricio Sánchez. First of all, Gray Line didn't have me or my family listed on the document he had, not for the general visitor center ticket, but for the Explore Tour we had paid for. Mauricio helped us by contacting another Gray Line group to verify the information and managed to get us the corresponding tickets, guiding us with the person who had them upon arrival. On the other hand, I highly recommend the guide he gave to everyone on the bus during the trip. When I booked the service, I thought it was just transportation and that was it; that there would be no further interaction with the company beyond having the tickets, and that the entire trip would be in silence. However, Mauricio spoke through a microphone almost the entire trip (we heard it well), giving us various tips on how to make the most of the visit. It wasn't the typical small talk you'd expect; he gave us good tips (for example, ordering food on a restaurant's website to avoid waiting in line and save time, or which attractions to visit before they filled up). He also gave us maps that he would go and find himself, one per group, even though NASA doesn't provide them to tour guides. We speak Spanish, and while we know English, we don't have a perfect command of it, and sometimes it's hard to understand when they speak, but Mauricio understood everything. Afterward, he answered questions for each group, seat by seat, and since he spoke Spanish, it was a great help being able to communicate in our native language. Everything went very well, and that's where it should end, but the best part was that Mauricio helped us even more. It turned out that the day we went to NASA, there was a space launch scheduled, and unfortunately, they canceled it (no idea why), rescheduling it for the next day. While we know it's lucky to be there, we were hoping to see him, but it wasn't possible. Eso fue lo único malo y lo negativo, ya que tuvimos una hora y media menos para recorrer el lugar, y anduvimos con los tiempos muy justos, no tanto como planeábamos. Por ese motivo, en mi calificación pondría menos de 5 estrellas. Sin embargo, coloco la puntuación máxima gracias al excelente guía que tuvo el trayecto, Mauricio Sánchez. En primer lugar, Gray Line no me tenía apuntado a mi ni a mi familia en el documento que él tenía, no para el ticket general del centro de visitantes, sino que para el Explore Tour que habíamos pagado. Mauricio nos ayudó poniéndose en contacto con otro grupo de Gray Line para verificar los datos y logró que nos entregaran los tickets correspondientes, guiándonos con la persona que los tenía ya llegando al lugar. Por otro lado, destaco mucho la guía que nos dio a todos los del bus en el trayecto. Cuando contraté el servicio, pensaba que solo se trataba del transporte y eso era todo, que no habría más interacción con la compañía más allá de tener los tickets, y que todo el trayecto iría en silencio. No obstante, Mauricio fue hablando casi todo el trayecto con un micrófono (se escuchaba bien), dándonos varios consejos sobre cómo aprovechar mejor la visita. No era la típica charla que uno se esperaría, nos dio buenos tips (por ejemplo, ordenar comida en la página de un restaurant para no tener que hacer fila y así ganar tiempo, o a qué atracciones ir antes de que se llenaran). Además, nos entregó mapas que él mismo iba a buscar al lugar, uno por grupo, pese a que la NASA no se los da a los guías turísticos. Nosotros hablamos español y si bien sabemos inglés, no lo dominamos perfectamente y a veces cuesta entender cuando hablan, pero a Mauricio le entendimos todo. Después, él fue respondiendo dudas por cada grupo, asiento por asiento, y como hablaba español nos fue de gran ayuda poder comunicarnos en nuestro idioma nativo. Todo muy bien, y ahí debería terminar todo, pero lo mejor fue que, Mauricio nos ayudó mucho más. Resulta que el día en que acudimos a la NASA había un lanzamiento espacial programado, y lamentablemente lo cancelaron (ni idea por qué), reprogramándolo para el otro día. Si bien sabemos que es suerte coincidir, ya que estábamos allí esperábamos verlo, pero no se pudo. Al acabar el día y volver al bus, Mauricio recibía a cada uno en la puerta y le contamos nuestra decepción (aunque el resto del lugar estuvo genial y más que compensa no haber visto un cohete). Ante ello, Mauricio nos dijo que nos podía ayudar y se ofreció a llevarnos en el día libre que tenía mañana para poder verlo (claro, pagando sus honorarios, por supuesto). Esto ya no tiene que ver con Gray Line, sino que con su iniciativa. Gracias a él, pudimos ir al día siguiente a la NASA. Nos pasó a buscar puntual. Si bien la idea era ir a un lugar cercano a solo ver el lanzamiento, me animé y compré tickets de nuevo para el centro de visitantes, y así ver todo más cerca, invitándolo también a él. Esta vez no lo suspendieron y tuvimos un gran día y agradecemos mucho que nos haya podido ayudar. Fue como pasar un día con alguien más de la familia, como él mismo decía jajaja. Tour of Kennedy Space Centre with family
We have the best time doing the VIP tour to Kennedy Space Centre. The day started being picked up by Bonnie who drove us & a small group there and back. She provided us with breakfast & snacks and was a wealth of information. She kept us entertained there and back with all her knowledge and kept us laughing with her jokes - she was a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed Kennedy Space Centre with our 2 teen boys - there was so much to see and heaps of great photos to take. The boys even got to meet a retired Astronaut. I would def recommend this tour for a family.

Trip to Kennedy space centre

GrayLine is very punctual. My pick-up point was at the Avanti Convention Center and they were on time. Kevin Houson is a very nice person who tells you interesting facts during the trip to the space center. They were very punctual in their itinerary. The vehicle is very comfortable and clean. 100% recommended.

Trip was awesome, driver and tour guide both were excellent. Only complaint was the weather, and that the park is totally cashless, which left me with no tip money for the driver, as I had none and was planningto get it at the park. So make sure you get cash before you leave if you think you will need it.

We loved our guide. He was so knowledgeable and a lovely person too. The Space Centre was really mind blowing. We could’ve easily spent two days there. Make sure you see Atlantis. That was fantastic, and emotional. I did contact GYG to advise of my sons severe/life threatening allergy to ALL nuts, because we were to be given a breakfast pack. That was ignored and everyone was served cashews on the bus. It was extremely stressful for us traveling in that vehicle. We threw our packs in the trash. It’s disappointing that life threatening allergies are not taken seriously, actually ignored.
