Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised on the organization of visitor flow, including the bus tour
Trying to get something to eat Was a nightmare. Also wasted precious venue visitation time. Otherwise our trip went smoothly.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, the bus was on time, very comfortable, clean and had free WiFi too. Our tour guide was called Brad, he was very knowledgeable, funny, friendly and helpful. Our driver was lovely too he was called Abdul he took his time and drove very smoothly. Would highly recommend this tour.

Make sure they don’t sell you a two day pass when you only want one day pass because you won’t get any customer service to fix the mistake

We were sitting at the back seat of the large van to space Kennedy and we couldn’t hear the driver talk about the day ahead & times to see things . They suggest how long at each area but is very hard to keep to these times .

Great service and excellent recommendations
We were picked up from Avanti Resort by Bonni and felt very welcomed from the get go. We headed to the Kennedy Space Centre and along the way had great commentary and recommendations once we got to the Space Centre. This was a fantastic service and I will be recommending it to everyone, thanks Bonni!

I recently went on the airboat ride at Boggy Creek, and what a captivating adventure it was! Our charismatic guide, Mauricio Sanchez, made the experience all the more entertaining with his engaging stories about the wildlife. Gliding across Lake Toho's pristine waters, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of alligators, eagles, and vibrant wetlands. The ride truly showcased untouched Florida at its finest. Plus, exploring Boggy Creek afterwards with its fascinating exhibits was an added bonus! I can't recommend this tour enough for anyone seeking a genuine taste of Florida's wilderness. Exciting dinner show!
We had friends join us from MN and we’re looking for something fun and different….this one fit that bill perfectly!!! We enjoyed walking the grounds and inside the castle before the show. We had a few beers while we waited to enter the arena. The show was great and so was the meal! The horses are beautiful!!

Great experience with good food and a lively show. Valor, honor, and tradition, were nicely woven into some humor, impressive horsemanship, and active battle scenes encouraging crowd participation and competitiveness.

Medieval Times Orlando is SO MUCH FUN!
We had a FANTASTIC time at the show on 2/21/25. The jousting and sword fights were really well choreographed and the crowd participation was electrifying! All around a GREAT experience and lots of fun! We opted for VIP upgrade which allowed us early access and priority seating. We were front row right on the 50 yard line and it was AWESOME!!!!!!! Nick L. was our server and did a GREAT job! 10/10 for service and experience! Loved it and will definitely return for our yearly fix in 2026! Keep it up!
