il devrait être impossible de vendre un pass pour Dublin le 17 mars alors que TOUTES les activités touristiques sont fermées.

This is a total SCAM! Royal Palace, Prado, Reina Sofia - you can visit it only with tourist guy but there is a little chance to make a reservation for the tour!! It’s better to buy ticket by your own!! I used that card many times in other city (for example London, Vienna) and this is the firist time that I fell cheated! Dont spoil your visit in Madrid and do NOT buy it! SCAM ALERT

Most of the activity you have to book way in advance to secure a slot as most of the activity says “booking required”. I’m not sure it is worth it if you do not plan way ahead of your trip. If plan changes in last moment, there is no way the customer service will help you (as in our case) instead they will say good luck with booking a different activity but we can not help or issue any partial refund. It doesn’t matter if any other activity/attraction is available or not, they don’t care. So you will end up booking directly somewhere else and pay again. Had really bad experience with customer service agent. Once you buy the pass they don’t care if you are able to do any activity or not. We tried to book “photoshoot on the beach” 15 hours before even though website say “booking required at least 12 hours before” yet it was not available. That was our last day so we ended up doing nothing.
