Leider wurde unser Pass bereits nach 3 Tagen deaktiviert, obwohl wir 4 bezahlt haben. Eine Korrektur bzw Erstattung von Go City wurde abgelehnt. Unser letzter Guide sagt, dass dies öfter passiert. Auch wurde ein stornierter Ausflug als unternommen eingebucht, um diesen seitens Go City abrechnen zu können. Auch dies haben wir angemahnt. Wir können diesen Pass nicht weiterempfehlen. Es ist besser, die Ausflüge einzeln über GYG zu buchen. Das ist günstiger.

More information could have been given. It was a total disappointment. I was not able to do any hop on and off the bus or boat because Stroma (green hop on and off) was not operating. I had to make my on transport on SL to visit Vasa Museum. I was also given wrong direction to Vasa Museum. I was told I could walk there. To my horror, there was no way to walk there!

Le Stockholm Pass devrait inclure les trajets en métro. Nous n'avons malheureusement jamais trouvé le point d'embarquement du circuit bateau inclus dans le Pass, et pour cause : au guichet sur le quai , un emplyé nous a donné une plaquette avec les horaires : nous avons marché pendant 2 heures 1/2 ( de midi à 14H45) pour trouver le point d'embarquement jusqu'au bout du port.... pour apprendre plus tard à l'office de tourisme de la gare centrale, que cette activité n'était pas en service. Nous avons dons décidé d'aller visiter le Palais Royal à 15h , celui-ci fermant à 16H , la découverte fut très rapide... Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps, que nous n'avons pas pu rattraper avec un pass de 48heures....
