J’ai réservé une activité big bus nocturne ; dans le mail de confirmation de réservation transmis, on me donne une adresse de rendez-vous erronée. Je n’ai donc pas pu effectuer l’activité…et quand je demande un report ou dédommagement on me dit que je n’ai qu’à faire une autre activité.
