War eine tolle Reise. Wir haben das Büro zum Abholen der Karten sehr schwer gefunden. Ansonsten war alles top!

je ne recommande absolument pas l'utilisation de ce pass pour plusieurs raisons : la difficulté EXTREME à récupérer le pass ce qui te cause une perte de temps pour votre séjour.. bien que la personne nous accueillant sur place fait de son mieux.. dès qu'il y a un problème " à priori habituel" personne ne sait le gérer. on peut avoir toutes les meilleures intentions du monde, ça ne nous fait pas rattraper le temps perdu ( en gros une matinée) sympa pour un séjour qui dure pas longtemps de perdre une matinée. avec le recul il y a des choses qui vont bien.. mais ne pas pouvoir réserver à l'avance nos sorties nous cause plus de stresse qu'autre chose une fois sur place. Le service apres vente est vraiment CATA. assez déçue.. dommage. merci aux agents d'accueil sur place .. patient et gentil. ( mais pas forcément au clair sur ce qu'on peut faire ou ne pas faire ). calculez bien les sommes prévue avant de prendre ce pass..

Not worth the money. Uou could even consider this a scam. They claim you get free entry in Vatican and St Peter. Thats true, but you can get an online ticket for that for 20 Euros that also includes a "skip the line". St Peter is free for everyone. Hop On Hop Off is a yoke, they claim busses every 10 minutes yet we have waited for 40 to be stowed in a full bus. You spend more time waiting at stops than actually driving around the city. Walking is faster. Also, they claim you can take 3 different busses but it is only 2 and the third one, the best and most frequently operating one, is not available to you. Public transport is nice to have, but only a Rome pass got that included already. BTW, you are most likely better off walking everywhere within the city center. It is faster and you get to see more of the city. "Free entry to colosseum": true, but that too is only around 20 euros and included in Rome pass as well. The "free audioguide app for the whole city" doesnt work either.

Rome est merveilleux mais le pass ne donne pas accès à tous les plus grands musées de la ville au vu du prix je trouve ça dommage
