The View the Shard war sehr gut, leider wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass der 72 Stock wegen Umbauarbeiten geschlossen war. Die Aussicht war trotzdem sehr schön.

Leider wurden gleich am ersten Tag zwei gebuchte Trips kurzfristig abgesagt. Restliche waren ok. Vor allem jene von Amigotours und Naturanda sind top organisiert.

Bus tours are long and to much time spent sitting at bus stops.

Ich werde Ihnen in separater Mail berichten, dass weder der Omnia Vatican noch der Rome Pass einsatzfähig war. Sie haben bei der Bestellung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass die Hop-on-Hop-off-Busse nicht im Einsatz sind. Bei Rückfrage im Roma Pass Office am Kolosseum hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass die Busse wegen des kalten Wetters noch nicht im Einsatz wären. Wir wurden wir frech darauf hingewiesen, dass wir ja die die öffentlichen, völlig überfüllten Busse der ATAC nehmen könnten. Die Pässe haben wir nicht aktiviert fordern die 298,00 € zurück. Wie schon gesagt, Sie erhalten noch eine separate Mail bezüglich der Rückforderung.

There were 4 of us and we did 6 days in New York. Two of us had been before and brought a New York pass so we brought it again. We did 3 days pass which we got with a discount so was £165 each we did so much that we saved over £500 each so the pass is a really good buy. It was nice because we had 3 busy days but also managed a couple of more chilled days which gave us a chance to actually saviour being in New York rather than just rushing from place to place. Would definitely buy again

Sehr gut, selbst mit der normalen Schlange haben wir nur 15min benötigt. Waren um 12.30h dort, ob es zu anderen Zeiten genauso ist, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.

Etwas kompliziert in der Handhabung, bis man versteht, was dabei ist und was nicht und wie man zu den Tickets und Reservierungen kommt. Der erste Eindruck von dem was diese Karten bieten ist wesentlich größer, als das was tatsächlich dann dabei ist. Unser Ratschlag: Spätestens nach dem Kauf und vor Antritt der Reise mit den Tickets und genauer auseinandersetzen. Man muss nämlich einiges organsisieren, reservieren und buchen. Liegt nicht nur an dem Angebot, sondern auch an der Art und Weise wie in unserem Fall in Rom die Tickets zu den verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten angeboten werden.

Queuing system to enter was terrible and chaotic. You are told to arrive at least 15mins before entry but then are not allowed entry until time, at which point you are told to rejoin at back of queue.
