(Original) ACHTUNG!!!!- sind noch nicht mal in L.A., reisen erst am 24. an, aber hab jetzt schon keine Lust mehr. So wie bereits von vielen hier beschrieben, klappt es nicht mit der Universal Studios Buchung bzw. ist diese dann „weg“ …habe meinen Pass bei einem Drittanbieter gekauft und dann normal gescannt- Pass sollte eigentlich erst ab 26. gültig sein - nach scannen auf der Go City App war ich bereits für den selben Tag für die Universal Studios angemeldet….der Mitarbeiter beim Kundenservice meinte sinngemäß „Pech gehabt, Pass ist jetzt installiert Universal Studios verbraucht und Zeit läuft auch schon…. Hab für 2 Personen die € 650,00 somit wohl umsonst bezahlt…

It is a useful tool to give you a discount and info - motivation - to see places you wouldn’t go and visit otherwise. Not as comprehensive in Miami as it was in Chicago though.

Done most things we wanted on our trip and still had tickets over. we had the 7 attractions pass and was there 4 days we managed to do everything except the edge. Which we could have fitted in but kids wanted to do summit one (not included in pass) . Was easy to use and most things didn’t need pre booked which was better for us

Value and convenience
Convenient having my tickets and reservations in advance because when we arrived to our destination, there were lines and we got straight in. Also a savings instead of buying individually. We purchased the 3 choice option

Misleading descriptions and Terrible customer service if anything goes wrong
This is potentially a money-saving option if you are very careful about the attractions you choose, but it’s somewhat confusing, and terrible customer service if anything goes wrong. We had a 3 attraction pass for New York and had planned our choices to maximize both the value and things we really wanted to do. However, we saw an in-app notification that we were close to an attraction that was ‘included’ so got off the Hop-on bus to try our complimentary ButterBeer. Harry Potter isn’t something we really cared about but I was curious and there were other things to see in the neighborhood. It was clearly listed as “your pass includes a butterbeer experience at the Harry Potter Store”. The sample drink was ok but nothing special - actually a bit sickly sweet so we didn’t even finish it. We left the store to continue exploring. When we tried to reserve the Empire State Building tickets later on, our pass was listed as expired - a $9 complimentary drink had cancelled out a $50 attraction ticket that was one of our must-dos! It took two attempts and 35 minutes to get through on the chat to a GoCity representative who was completely unhelpful and kept insisting the free drink counted as an attraction despite the wording and no recourse to correct the misunderstanding. No option to even upgrade our pass to include a 4th attraction so we could still use the pass for our planned visit to EST. No way to escalate to a manager without sending an email, which we did and exchanged emails with 4 different reps over the next 24 hours. The best they could offer was a 5% refund ($5.30) and no acknowledgement that their wording was misleading, fraudulent and completely unfair! How can a ‘free’ soda in a store be in anyway considered an attraction equivalent to sightseeing tickets and walking tours of 3-6 times the value? In summary, be VERY careful about your choice of activity, don’t interpret any of the offers as being actually complimentary or in addition to the 3 attractions and whatever you do, DON’T expect anything even vaguely approaching good customer service from GoCity if ranything goes wrong. Other than that, buy the pass if it makes financial sense, but it probably isn’t worth all the hassle when you can find alternative deals out there. We certainly won’t ever use them again as the ‘free’ butterbeer ended up costing us over $100 more than we had planned!
