Ziel verfehlt
Einer von 2 Pässen die erst 7 Tage vor Reiseantritt gekauft wurden war nach 4 von 5 besuchten Attraktionen warum auch immer abgelaufen. Auch im Verlauf eines Chats mit der Hotline konnte der abgelaufene Pass nicht wieder aktiviert werden und wir mussten bei der letzten Attraktion für eine Person den vollen Eintrittspreis bezahlen, was die Ersparnis nahezu auf null reduzierte. Somit wurde das eigentliche Ziel das wir durch den Kauf der Pässe erreichen wollten verfehlt. Deshalb nur 1 Punkt.

Good but take on mind that Tours and some rides are not a sure plan
Almost everything was great! The only disappointment was the cancellation of our Mobsters and Haunted Mysteries Of Chicago Walking Tour. The Tour company decided to cancel it because there were not enough guests for the tour. That Tour was one of the reasons I decided for the Go City pass that is more expensive than other city passes. Also we couldn’t ride the Centennial Wheel…I still doesn’t know why because on the website was available but there were no one to attend us over there, the ride was closed but no signs of schedule availability’s

Make sure you don’t have an unforeseen circumstance like a death in the family. Will not do the right thing and refund, despite having no obligation to pay parks and my $1k going straight to their bottom line. Scam.

That was a combined "Roma Pass" - "OMNIA Card" purchase. To activate OMNIA Card (and subsequently the "Roma Pass" as well), you first needed to get the PHYSICAL card in hand, which is problematic thing in itself, as you can get the physical card at only two (2) places in Rome and at specific times. It would be much easier and convenient if it was possible to activate the card digitally and get the card on the cell phone. Furthermore, the card is expensive (€149.00 for adults and €69.00 for kids) so you better make good (extensive) use of it, to compensate for the high cost of getting it.

Rating it one star because I can’t give zero stars. I would say just avoid buying this. Waste of money, time and mental peace. Most of the important ones you have to see in Barcelona...this pass wants you to rebook it through a 3rd party. They don't have enough dates, or slots and you will end up having a lot of stress. For the ones that don't require reservation, the pass gives you basic access, meaning you will still end up waiting at least 30 mins for each one. And the icing on the cake - for any special attractions, if you buy the basic ticket directly from the attraction, you pay anywhere from £0-£5. But if you go with this, the extra is anywhere from £8 to £20 depending on the popularity. Some of the places are useless. Big fun museum was for us. And some are outside of Barcelona so you can't cover all in 2 days. I paid £419 for 2 adults and 2 children and you won't break even in 2 days. This actually caused me a lot of mental stress with the kids, so please save yourself.

Read the Fine Print ... Know Before you Go
I purchased this Pass hoping to be able to see alot of attractions and "skip the line" as it states. I visited several of the sites included in the pass, and never "skipped the line". I waited for the One World Trade Observatory for over two hours. The 9/11 Memorial was closed the day I wanted to go. The Edge had to be seen after 4:30 or you had to pay an additional $15 if you were there before 4:30. I scheduled a visit to the Statue of Liberty with Platform access, and the Platform access was closed. If you're going to the Top of the Rock, be sure to check the weather. I couldn't go up on my scheduled time because of a "white out" and no visibility. The HopOn HopOff Bus was a joke. Most busses were filled to capacity, and the people in the streets gave sh**ty directions so bad that I wandered up and down four blocks before actually finding an employee who gave a s*#@ enough to direct me where to stand. Most of the sightseeing tours (cruises) were booked and not available. I would suggest a lot of planning before purchasing more than one day with this pass. Also, get a Metro Card, download the MTA app, and get to your destinations a lot quicker with little to no wait.

Engañoso y pésimo servicio
Contraté el tour “Central Park TV & Movie Sites Walking Tour with Go City” a través de Go City Pass, y fue una experiencia desastrosa. El título indicaba que era un tour a pie, pero resultó ser en autobús, algo que no se mencionaba claramente. Llegamos al punto indicado en el correo a las 11:45 am, pero fue imposible encontrar al grupo. Preguntamos a personas de la zona, pero nadie sabía dónde era. A las 12:10 vimos un autobús marcharse en dirección contraria a Central Park, y no había forma de contactar con alguien para resolver el problema. Para colmo, 12 días después me cobraron por “no presentarme”. He enviado correos y no recibo respuesta. La atención al cliente es inexistente, y no ofrecen soluciones ni se hacen responsables del error en la descripción del tour. No recomiendo Go City Pass si esperas un servicio fiable o una experiencia clara y bien organizada.

Nützlich, aber Achtung!
Grundsätzlich hat alles gut geklappt. Man sollte aber einige Dinge beachten, die sich mir auf der Go City Seite (oder anderen Seiten, die den Pass beschreiben) nicht sofort erschlossen haben: 1. Der Hop On Hop Off Bus ist enthalten, aber nur 1x! Er zählt als eigenständige (einmalige) Attraktion. 2. Man darf in seinem Kontingent (von z.B. zehn Attraktionenn) keine Attraktion ein zweites Mal buchen. 3. Undebingt sehr frühzeitig buchen, wenn eine Vorausbuchung erforderlich ist. Ich konnte zumindest ein Angebot nicht nutzen, obwohl ich in der vorgegebenen Zeit reserviert hatte. 4. Dieses Problem war dann acuh nicht lösbar, weil ich bei Go City auf meine Email keine Antwort erhalten habe und am PC nur einen blöden Blechkasten dran hatte, der natürlich zu keiner flexiblen Lösung geführt hat (sehr ärgerlich!). Allerdings hat sich Go City diesbezüglich im Nachhinein kulant gezeigt und den Preis für die entfallene Attraktion erstattet, obwohl ich diese, bzgl. meines Kontingents, durch eine andere ersetzt hatte.

Voyage merveilleux !!! Nous avons pris le pass 4 activités et c’était vraiment super pratique ! Aucun regret au contraire nous recommandons totalement.

Tried to get the tour buses but no one stopped for us(wife and 2 kids). It helped with the fast line in the Vatican Museum. So far I don't know if it was worth it because I spent a lot more money on Uber.
