I got ripped off by gocity . I fully paid and received a dead link with my passes. I tried solving my problem on the chat, but I got no answer.. there was no email where I could address my problem. The result is I left New York and never got my passes while go city got my money and , didn’t send my passes and now they don’t reply to me. I recommend to everybody who doesn’t want to lose their money not to use gocity.

2 de los tours reservados fueron cancelados a último momento. Además la forma de reservar los tours es poco clara y en el caso del tour del palacio real no fue posible lograrla porque el operador dijo que ya no lo operaba. por tanto quede sin conocer dos puntos esenciales de Madrid

all is good but winter time most are closed early and totally unavailable.. cost should be greatly reduced coz i took for 2 days and can only complete 5 places due to the time..

Don’t bother, customer service is terrible, they didn’t care when things went wrong and we are out of pocket

Terrible customer service, don’t waste your money! We bought the 10 day pass which expired after 9 days. When I spoke to customer services they said it was because we visited an attraction on 19th December so the passes expired at midnight on 28th December . I sent proof that we weren’t even in the country on 19th December and so couldn’t have used the passes on that day as they claimed, I sent flight information and immigration papers but they weren’t interested and said there is nothing they can do. I have now paid for a day of passes that I can’t use and no one is interested in helping me, these passes weren’t cheap and I now have two very disappointed children. Do not use this company, they won’t help you if things go wrong.
