Nós compramos um voucher de 48 horas. porém vocês enviaram um de 24 horas. Com isso saímos prejudicados nos nossos passeios. Pagamos 148 euros pelas 48 horas. Pedimos ressarcimento das 24 horas que não pudemos utilizar. Deixamos de ver muitos pontos turísticos cujos ingressos já estavam pagos nesse voucher de 48 horas e inclusive o transporte equivalente das 48 horas (hop on hop off). Tivemos confiança em vocês. Se vocês não devolverem o nosso dinheiro, mostrará muita má fé dessa empresa. O mínimo que vocês podem fazer é devolver o nosso dinheiro, para sairmos menos lesados da nossa viagem por Praga.

The pass was excellent. My only reasoning for giving 4 stars was, on the day we were scheduled to go to the ESB there was zero visibility. The staff told us to reach out to GoCity and reschedule the visit without having to repurchase tickets, however, GoCity said there was nothing they could do. We had to purchase new tickets for that experience.

Bonjour, Le voyage fut très agréable ! En revanche, l’expérience avec le pass est beaucoup plus nuancée… Plusieurs activités annoncées ouvertes ne l’étaient pas et à deux reprises, j’ai dû régler le pass ne fonctionnant pas… Je tenais à vous le signaler afin que vous puissiez y remédier pour les suivants. This ticket will only add stress to your trip.Very poor and late responses from the tour staff as well. You need to use the go city pass yet your confirmation code is incorrect and you therefore are unable to get the go city pass and pre book activities like Empire State Building etc which are most popular. If you want to be confused then buy it.
