omnia card et roma pass au top mais ne passez pas par l'intermédiaire de GYG ! un enfer du début à la fin ! pas les liens de réservation dans le mail, j'ai mis + de 4 jours à recevoir enfin ces liens ! et arrivée sur place, je vais retirer mes pass, ils me demandent mes réservations, pour les musées du Vatican on me dit que j'ai fait une réservation fantôme ! le bonheur !!! 😤 aucune sérénité depuis que j'ai acheté ces pass !

on organise sa visite comme on le le souhaite, plus ou moinns chargé en fonction de son état de forme, tout est bien expliqué...le timing anglais est parfait car quand il faut réserver : les horaires sont respectés... le petit dej chez Bill's sohi est incroyable....a recommander+++

Omnia Roma Pass var användbart, men det finns förbättringsområden. Fler pick-up points hade uppskattats, liksom tydligare information via mejl om hur passet fungerar. Jag hade även problem när jag försökte boka attraktioner med bokningsreferensen via Roma Passet och behövde kontakta kundtjänst flera gånger innan resan.

Vi tør ikke tage de offentlige busser grundet tyve så vi vandrer mest. Derfor er det kombinerede tilbud på 149€ for dyrt ift. hvad man får for det. Der burde også være flere fasttracks inkluderet

When we collected our pass, we were informed which museums and which bus the Omnia Card and Roman Pass will take. However most of those museums declined both passes and not once did we see the yellow omnia bus or hop on or hop off bus like we were informed we could take. So we paid for uber for the ride to get to those museums and yet was turned away. This was not worth the amount it promised to provide!
