J'ai acheté un pass 3 jours. Les explications sur le site sont insuffisamment explicites. Je me suis rendu le jour 2 au Meeting Point tout proche du Vatican. J'y ai reçu les informations plus complètes par une personne expérimentée et cela a été le point de départ de mon expérience avec GYG.

Having the pass made it easy and stress free to experience all of the exciting attractions around Miami. I would definitely purchase again.

This pass really saves money.
This pass truly saves money, this time I did 6 attractions for about 150 dollars less than what I had paid at attractions’ entrances.

Not great not terrible
Not satisfied because you had to wait for the time that the attraction gave you free access! So you have to wait hours outside the attraction. For example we reached the one world observatory at 15:00 at 31/12/24 and after twenty minutes in the huge line they told us that if we want to enter free with the new York pass the time it will be 18:00! So what's the point to take the pass? If you want to go at the time you reach the observatory you had to pay almost a new ticket so we choose the mid solution and payed 23$ each and finally entered a half an hour later. Because of this and the fact that is no especially treatment for the pass holders we are not satisfied instead of other European passes that we took in the past

Da migliorare
Nel complesso è un buon pass ma ci sono cose da migliorare. Innanzitutto, solo alcune attività possono essere preventivamente prenotate e ciò non è comodo per la pianificazione del viaggio. Ogni attività proposta deve avere la possibilità di essere prenotata (per esempio gli osservatori e la statua della libertà). Per un problema tecnico del sito di prenotazione non abbiamo potuto fare un’attività pianificata (tour della Statua della Libertà). Non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e si sono passati la responsabilità con il sito di prenotazione del traghetto. A me non interessa di chi sia il problema, a me serve che il problema venga risolto e così non è stato. Non abbiamo potuto fare il nostro tour e siamo dovuti andare inutilmente due volte a Battery park senza poter partire. Questo è inaccettabile così come è inaccettabile che la sig.ra Sylvia Nenghoithem ci abbiamo molto banalmente suggerito di fare un’altra attività. Il problema di prenotazione è di Go City che offre un pass; se io avessi pagato sul posto mi avrebbero imbarcato quindi pessimo servizio. Per i tour si potrebbe aggiungere anche qualcosa in italiano
