Terrible experience! Unprofessional and disrespectful staff. We arrived to la casa de vinos at about 13:00, we entered and asked for information. No one was paying any attention to us until an employee came and ask us to go sit down so someone could attend us. Let me clarify, we mentioned we didn’t have reservation and just wanted to buy some glasses of wine, if possible. We sat down and waited for 30 min seeing CLEARLY the employees looking at us and deciding to serve people who arrived after us. Probably they had reservation but obviously we weren’t told anything. Besides, there were 3 tables in total, not a busy time. After 30 minutes we went inside asking for explanation. They told us we didn’t have reservation so we had a lot to wait if we wanted to be served. No one has ever mentioned anything to us when we clearly specified we did not reserve when we entered. They made us sit down in the table and clearly ignored us. Incredibly disrespectful behaviour. I am disgusted 🤮
