Emozionante. Salire fino all'86° piano a quella velocità e poi ammirare ed emozionarti per il paesaggio che ti offre questo posto non ha prezzo. Esperienza vissuta e da fare assolutamente. Staff super cordiale

It's still the BEST...
Obviously this is THE classic NYC moment, but I am so happy that this icon has been updated and is doing a great job welcoming today's tourists. So we had a strange experience: I was visiting with family in April, and we had purchased our tickets for our last night in town. That night a low, deep fog hung over the city, and there was zero visibility. I spoke to the nicest ticket agent in the world - Sharon - and she showed me how to reschedule. Since it was our last night, I rescheduled them for my niece and nephew's visit in May -- 6 weeks later. I was thrilled to see Sharon again - we actually remembered each other! She helped me add a few tickets and we were treated to the best show in town. We came late, AFTER the theater on Tuesday night, and there was no line at all. My two cents: Always go at night! We loved seeing the cool new exhibits on the way to the elevators. And I was really just amazed at the friendliness of all the people who work at the Empire State Building. From my new BFF Sharon, to the elevator operators, everybody was so pleasant and kind to our group. So thank you!!

Great value for money!
This was great! We chose the 9:30pm slot and the views in the dark are incredible! There is a section that explains the history, interactive parts then you get to go up to the 86th floor to see the views. Would definitely recommend
