Our first visit to New York City would not be complete without visiting the Empire State Building. I wish we could have gone to the top but that's an extra cost I wasn't willing to pay.

I really debated which observatory to do in NYC, but I’m glad I landed on the Empire State Building. She is iconic. It had been 20 years since I had been and the upgrades made the whole experience really interesting for us (2 adults and 2 older teens). At 9:30 on a Thursday lines were super short and the top didn’t “feel” too crowded.

It was great to see such a historic building and how it was built and its evoultion and pictures with all movies that this building was involved in it The views from the top are sepctularar This is a must do attraction with the kids
