Express lane was nice but not marked well in every part of the venue. Most staff were excellent but two men running elevators going down were a little rude to my group and other guests. Crowded on 86th floor but enough space to get good views.

Amazing experience at Empire State Building

My family and I visited the Empire State Building recently, and the customer service completely made our day. Sharon and Elaine went above and beyond, they were incredibly kind and patient, walking us through all the different ticket options so we could pick what worked best for our group. I had accidentally purchased the wrong tickets, and Sharon personally called customer service to help sort out a refund for me. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days, and it turned what could have been a frustrating mix-up into a non-issue. On top of the excellent service, the views from the top were unforgettable a must-do for anyone visiting NYC with family. Thank you, Sharon and Elaine, for making our visit so smooth and enjoyable!

Go to the 102nd floor!

Fantastic experience! We had the best views of the old ships and fighter planes. The city views are the best you’ll see. 100% go to the 102nd floor. It’s well worth it! Don’t forget to stop by the shop. Charisma is wonderful and will help you find the perfect keepsake. 💗

Unique skyscraper and magnificent views

My favourite skyscraper in Manhattan. One of the most beautiful and important buildings there. I loved it.

Saw the sunset then night time lights, views amazing as expected. We went at 7:30pm and paid for skip the line/express but there weren’t many queues going up, most seemed to arrive after dark.
