Best tour yet.
We did a Premium Experience tour of this iconic building in NYC. Definitely well worth the extra expense. Our guide, Renita, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond what we had expected on this tour, answering all our curly questions and sharing her extensive knowledge of the building. We had access to parts of the building that the general public don’t normally have. This was the best tour we have done. Would highly recommend this tour which was booked direct through the Empire State Building official website.

Great views, but definitely caters to an older crowd
I enjoyed it however, my team did not. After going through other exhibits and seeing the skyline, this is definitely directed towards an older crowd. Views are great and it wasn’t terribly crowded.

Empire State Building Express Pass
The Express pass allowed us to quickly move up to the 86th floor. Along the way we had friendly guidance from various guides. There were interactive spots that brought you back in time to when the Empire State Building was built. The best part was seeing the city! It wasn’t too crowded and we moved easily through. It was worth buying the express pass and seeing the views.

Great experience for our 11 and 13 year old granddaughters. We were glad we added the 86th and 102nd floors.

Empire State Building Premium Experience
Words cannot express how absolutely beautiful this tour and experience is. Every dollar was spent on it was well worth it. We had a very special tour guide, Renita Edmond, who made sure the tour was intimate and personal just to us. I brought my mom to NYC, which is a bucket list trip for her and Renita really made the entire experience beyond perfect. Not only did we get to see both observatories, we also got to see parts of the building not seen by any one else as well as never having to wait in line. The most important part of it all was Renita, however, who made the experience absolutely exceptional. Thank you Renita for making memories of a lifetime for my mom and I!

The views of the city lights are incredible. We had a rainy day and at the entrance they let us know what the view was going to look like. It was very easy to reschedule our tour at the kiosk. We loved this tour and highly recommend
