Gerard is absolutely amazing with his knowledge of the Empire State Building. He is personable and thorough with his information. He knows a great deal about the Empire State building, with pictures. He is so passionate about what he does and it is so refreshing to meet someone that loves their job. He is a model for all the young workers in the building with his dedication to American History. Paid for VIP/Fast Pass but staff not available

We had a reservation for 7:15 and it seemed like a slower night at the ESB. This also seemed to mean that they didn’t have a lot of staffing on. There was no one manning the VIP “red carpet” entrances (of which there were many). We had to seek out an employee or just scan our own ticket. I paid for a VIP experience but didn’t receive one. I am disappointed. I would recommend visiting the ESB but I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for in the VIP experience.

Family fun

Brilliant views. We booked for 10am during half term UK in February, no queues plenty off space to move around and lifts to ourselves. Stunning veiws.
