You have to see it

Going to the top is amazing. If you are late they still let you go within the 1 1/2 hr tour time. Our flight was late and we tried to call /chat both companies and no one responded so we went anyway and luckily at least saw it without a guide. Experience 10, communication 0.

I’m usually terrified of heights but this place feels very secure. There’s plenty to of guidance without the feeling of staff following you around. The biggest treat was the outdoor heaters on the 86th floor!

Worth it!

We had VIP tour tickets. It was absolutely worth it! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made every moment delightful! We had fantastic views and we saw the King Kong exhibit that was awesome! We visited parts of the building that are only accessible if you have VIP tickets. The group consisted of 8 people. It was a fabulous way to see the Empire State Building!

Very very hot ques for an hour to even get in had us in a dark hallway with lights and music witch tbh I found very scary wasn’t ideal

Do it.

What a fun experience. Lots of historical facts to read about as you travel to the top for the grand view. Pretty amazing how it all came together. Staff was very nice and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there.
