An amazing visit to one of the world’s most iconic buildings. Express tickets allowed us immediate access and we were suddenly looking out at the very best views of NY. Loved the history and exhibits. A wonderful visit, has to be done!! 😊👍

The views were amazing...

The views were amazing and the entrance was seamless. We enjoyed learning about the historical aspects of the construction of the Empire State Building.

I liked the view up top of the tall building,it looks very nice and my friend said to me that it was cool when I was in there

Terrible customer service and items

Legit went here was super excited staff was super rude we got the professional pictures from the people who work here then went up to get the photos and only let us get 4 of the 20 photos that was actually took and couldn’t get them back and they only offered retakes to go all the way down and come all the way up and redo it and it really affected a Hispanic person in our family who dreamed of coming here all the way from Mexico and ruined our experience truly 0 stars
