Disappointing compared to other viewing platforms
Entrance moved no signage to help to get to other entrance. 3 time slots let in at same time so 300 people all rammed into experience. Lifts small with 14 people in. Counted 4 school groups up there. Enough said

Amazing to see the city at night. The lines were small and staff were so helpful and entertaining. Walked from E44th St - about 10 blocks - in 15 mins. Safe, as lots of people were on 5th Avenue.

Wow!! Absolutely fantastic experience- we had the skip the line tickets which was great- zero queuing and straight up to the viewing platform. Beautiful views all across Manhattan. There was a table selling strawberries- would be nice if they had sold some other refreshments, drinks etc but overall a fantastic morning
