Lindy is a great guide

Lindy was a great guide - friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand. Tough content to keep kids interested, but she tried. Most in the group were confused we weren’t going to see Basilica so that needs to be more clear in the description.

Marchands du temple

Très cher pour visiter un lieu saint. Je trouve le prix très excessif pour découvrir un lieu saint. JE pense que l'image véhiculée de marchandage de l'absolu et d'oeuvres historiques n'est pas alignée avec les valeurs chrétiennes

This trip is well worth the price and Oscar was very knowledgeable. You can even walk around more when finished.

An absolutely wonderful tour

Laura was a phenomenal tour guide! She was funny and engaging, showed us the highlights of the Vatican museum, and gave us so much interesting information throughout the tour without overloading us! We would give her 10 stars if I could. You will be lucky if Laura is the one who is leading your tour!

Incredible Guide Not to be Missed!

Unfortunately, we were running late due to being told an incorrect way to get to the gallery. However, the group was kind enough to wait a few minutes for us. The guide was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable to say the least. We would not want to visit such an historic gallery without a guide. You would lose out on so much valuable information. Highly recommended!

Enza was a great tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions we had. The tour was the right amount of time.

We booked a tour for 2 people for 180 euros for the Colosseum and the Palatine Hill. The tour starts exactly at 9 a.m. in front of the Colosseum. It is not possible to change the time to the afternoon tour one day in advance. There are no refunds. As the train from the hotel to the Colosseum was cancelled, we would not have arrived until 9:30 a.m. We contacted the eco art team by phone at 8 a.m. when we were told that the train was cancelled. We emphasized that it was not our fault that the train was cancelled. It would have been easy to change us to the next tour as we had confirmation of the train cancellation. This was not possible. When we asked whether we had paid the full price, there was no refund, not even 50%. Nothing. No cooperation!!! Nothing from the eco tour team. They charged us 180 euros without incurring any costs, without giving us the option to cancel the booking or at least a 50% refund. Absolutely not recommended... We also informed the eco team in advance that the train was cancelled completely. What would be the problem? Should we reschedule for the next tour? Absolutely not recommended. This is not how you treat customers. We didn't pay a small amount. Please avoid this company if you don't want to lose your money due to unforeseeable incidents.

Too Crowded

I know the Vatican is a must when visiting Rome, but I wouldn’t recommend it to friends. The experience was overwhelming. Just too many people Guide was fine and did a good job.

Good guide, horrible organization and experience.

Rome is jammed. I allowed 20 minutes to go from my hotel -- 2.4 kilometers away. I arrived ten minutes late. You said on WhatsApp that you had "tried to text and call me." That is a lie. I had my phone on and received numerous messages from you after you had departed. You left me stranded and urged me to somehow "find Stefania." I found her when the trip was more than half over. By then I was exhausted, but Stefania did her best to involve me for my time with the group. You also had offered an alternative time for another 35 Euros, which is absurd.

The best art history lesson

Our tour guide Elena was excellent. Her knowledge and delivery explaining the history of the buildings, the exhibits and paintings was exceptional. I found what could have been overwhelming, with 20,000 works of art to see, an enriching and memory making experience. It is very crowded but Elena kept us connected and it was easy to hear her through our supplied earphones and her microphone so no morsel of information was missed.

Easy to find meeting...

Easy to find meeting place. Friendly guide and just the right mix of information and speed. The passage to the basilica was very helpful. Really nice to skip the lines!!!

Great Interesting Tour

This was a very entertaining tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and the area below the basilica was fascinating. Also, the underground was so nice and cool, it was a great relief from the heat of the day.

Eddie a freelance guide was our tour guide ( through eco tours )was amazing!! He was so kind and so knowledgeable . Explained everything so well. Funny too What a blessing to have him as a guide I have a much better understanding of Vatican City , St. Peter’s basilica , Vatican museums and the Sistine chapel than I did before !!!would do it again

Witty

Seamless entry and incredible time management. Fred (Federico) was an exceptional guide. I was listening in on other tours and he was the only one I heard that incorporated comedy and trenching social observation along with the pertinent information about the art.

A little disappointed

It was good. Wasn’t quite what we expected. In the chapel, people were talking SO loudly and that was the #1 thing our guide told us was no talking. Just messed up our experience. It was SO loud we left.

Excellent Vatican tour with Eddie. He was an excellent guide explaining everything snd more. We recommend asking for him if you plan to go to the Vatican.

Small group Vatican City tour

Our tour guide Giuseppe for our small group Vatican tour was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history of Vatican City. He made the tour interesting even with 3 kids in our family. Highly recommend!
