Perfect Vatican tour
Our guide was amazing. We lucked out and ended up on a day with very little crowds so our guide took extra time and certain spots.

Way to crowded!!
To hot to crowded! People are rude stopping in doorways not good for handicap people no air conditioners.

Excellent family tour, plenty to see. Prepare yourself for long walks with many steps up and down. Also, there is very humid and almost no place for rest.

EcoArt Tours and Marzia - not to be missed
Our visit to the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel was wonderful. Our guide Marzia , an archeologist, provided in depth and expert knowledge about every space and artifact. She made sure to point out interesting details and offer insights about the cultural influences of the times. Our family group of 6 adults could not have been happier with this experience! Great guide makes all the difference
It is the best way to enter the complex smoothly and our guide shared points past guides had not. Of course it was still a madhouse! Six years ago I did a breakfast tour and that was the most satisfactory of the five tours I have taken. This was definitely a great value and a superb guide.

Ricardo was an excellent guide - we really appreciated all the history and little unknown facts tying together themes and symbols for what we were seeing. I wish he could have continued into the Basilica - there must be so many more history nuggets to hear!

We had the absolute pleasure of touring the Sistine Chapel, Vatican Museums, and St. Peter’s Basilica with our guide, Oscar – and he was hands down one of the best guides we had during our entire trip. From the very beginning, Oscar was communicative and incredibly patient, even when we thought we might be late. Throughout the tour, he kept things light and entertaining with his great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how well-informed and thoughtful he was. Oscar shared fascinating insights and stories, making the history come alive without overwhelming us. He was also very respectful of everyone’s space, always making sure we had the best possible viewing spots, especially in the more crowded areas. The radio system worked perfectly, so we could hear him clearly at all times – a small detail that made a big difference. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate – book it now and ask for Oscar if you can. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This tour was incredible and I’m really glad we did it! Our tour guide Fred was efficient, informative, funny, and genuinely cared about us learning as much as possible! It might seem pricey BUT the ability to go in with a knowledge guide so you understand the value and importance of what you’re looking at is priceless.

Great tour with lots of info.
Great tour with very knowledgeable guide (Riccardo). Be prepared for a bit of queuing to start but it really can’t be avoided. So much to see on the way through. Even if you’re not religious this is still cool. The guided tour ended before St Peter’s Basilica and we were free to wander at our leisure. I would have preferred a guided tour there too as felt I missed out on a lot. The Basilica is incredibly busy so unless you know what you’re looking for you would easily miss it.

The timing of this tour...
The timing of this tour is not well planned, which caused us to miss the Basilica, as we had another tour planned for the afternoon. The tour duration says 2h30min average, only to hear that there was still at least another hour left after this period. We ended up rushing out of the museum, through the Sistine Chapel and couldn't enjoy the full experience as planned. Our guide was great though, but the timing should just have been planned better.

Very good informative, and our guide was amazing. He took his time to explain everything. The Basilica and Underground was beautiful and full of History that we would never have thought coming from that church.

Amazing Day, but beware of ferry fee!
Incredible experience!! Such beautiful views, relaxing day; crystal clear water and lovely tour guides. The only reason I took off a star is because all of us who went thought the ferry fee was included so I ended up paying 120€ extra for me and my friend that day.
