Victorious Vatican Visit

Fred was extremely knowledgeable about all things in the Vatican city. He presented his information in a fun and digestible manner and was extremely helpful navigating tickets, security checkpoints, and the Sistine Chapel itself. 5 stars!

Emanuela truly made our Colosseum + Palatine experience!

Emanuela was FANTASTIC. It was pouring rain with strong winds blowing us sideways the morning that we did the Colosseum and Palatine tour, but Emanuela helped to brighten the day and lift spirits despite the tough conditions! We learned a lot on our tour and it ended up being one of our favorite tours in Rome. Her energy, knowledge, and fun Italian spirit really made the tour experience all that much better for us (even though half of our group's umbrellas ended up getting damaged from the storm and most of us were wet lol). We learned so much deep history of the Colosseum and she took us to all the best view points of the Palatine (amazing!). She should be a part time standup comedian because I would 100% attend her shows! We were running just a few minutes late and she was also very responsive for us and waited for us while we ran through deep puddles to make our time slot. Thank you so much!

Fabulous tour guide & very helpful staff

We almost missed the tour because the traffic in Rome was horrendous that day and it took us an hour to do a journey that should have taken 20 minutes. Visitors are given very strict time slots. However, the staff at EcoArt could not have been more helpful, communicating with me during the journey and eventually WhatsApping me the tickets so that we could try and get through the barriers in time. We made it by the skin or our teeth and were able to join the tour just inside the Colosseum. I'm so glad we made it as the tour was great. Nicoletta is lovely and was very informative and patient. We didn't go down to the arena floor, but didn't feel the need to as we had perfect views from above. I would 100% recommend this tour!

Our guide, Monica, was FANTASTIC! Truly one of the best guides we’ve ever had. The tour was smooth and informative. Headsets worked well and we were able to hear her perfectly even in the crowded areas. She had a few complications (from guests, not from her or the company) that she had to handle and she did it very very well! We all had a wonderful time and I highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable tour of San Clemente

Throughly enjoyable tour of San Clemente. Ursvus (ourTour guide ) was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the place. Kept the tour group engaged from start to finish with information and funny anecdotes.

A must do!

Very cool experience with absolutely amazing sights. The tour guide was very nice and informative. There was plenty of swimming time and the water was wonderful! I definitely would recommend, as it’s a great way to get out of the city!

Professional and energetic.

This was an excellent overview tour. Our guide Laura’s knowledge of art history was a plus. She was very professional and energetic which made the tour so enjoyable. The booking and communication process was simple. Highly recommend this tour.

Entertaining and Erudite: the Vatican Museums with an Italian Guide

We loved our tour with Allesia: she was enthusiastic, funny and so very knowledgeable. The Vatican Museum could have been overwhelming (crowds, sheer number of art objects) but Allesia made it so easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour!

Did the job but would have done a longer tour.

Monika was an extremely experienced tour guide and had so much knowledge! Her resumé was very impressive. I can't fault her for this but the Vatican itself is just a very overwhelming experience. There is so much thrown at you at once. With this, she was giving us a LOT of information and was going VERY fast. Had nothing to do with her accent, just spoke very quickly. Since it was such an overwhelming experience, having her slow down would have made this experience a lot more informative. I learned a lot of great history from her but I feel like I did not get 70% of the history she explained. This had nothing to do with the tour but it is the Jubliee year so we were able to experience the center gate of the basilica and that was the best part of the tour! She left us right before we could go in there and she said a lot of info about the basilica that were only open for the jubliee year and nobody in my group grasped it. It kind of seemed she was in a rush to get to her next group. Overall it was a great experience and I am glad I did it; I probably would have picked a different tour group if I knew this. But the crowds in the Vatican, you really have to move with them, so you kind of have no choice but to rush a bit. My favorite part was the basilica and it wasn't even a part of their tour (we had the option to attend a mass inside which was spectacular). Monika was a delight, and I feel bad giving an ok review ; she poured her heart out into it. If you want something quick, this is it, if you wanted to take your time and really hear all the info, maybe go with something different.

Fabulous tour!

We had missed out on buying individual Colosseum tickets, and chose to take this tour - we're so happy we did! The experience was extremely informative as just walking through on your own would not have provided the history and interesting facts as given by our guide Alberto. He was engaging and funny, and answered all of our questions. As the temps were fairly high, he ensured that he kept our group in shaded areas (as best as possible), took breaks for photos, and given time for a bathroom break. We also saw many other landmarks and as it lasts only 3 hours, there's plenty of time left of the day to do other things. Great tour and we would definitely book with this company again. Highly recommend this tour

llaria was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the tour. Highly recommended! We are loooking forward in going back and doing more tours. There’s so much to discover and to see in Italy. September is a good time to go, not too hot.

Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel Tour

Obviously, the Vatican is beautiful. Oscar made it an informative, educational and entertaining experience. He made sure our group knew what to look for before we entered the area. He went slow and pointed things that we may have missed out. It was a great experience.

Vatican Tour

Amazing tour! It was quite physical, so be prepared for a lot of walking. So many beautiful paintings and sculptures.

Go with a Skip the Line company. It’s a much smoother experience. Overall it was very enjoyable. The guide was difficult to understand and we missed much of what he said.

So very busy

The Vatican, in my opinion, allows too many people to enter. It was impossible to hear the guide and whole experience was like herding cattle.
