Great tour. It’s a lot to see in a short time. It’s fast paced. Very crowded. But amazing. Guide was very good.

The guide was friendly, ...

The guide was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and manager our group nicely through the crowded conditions. This next comment has nothing to do with the tour guide or company, but for my wife and I, the Sistine Chapel was a bit underwhelming. The Vatican Museum and St. Peter's were excellent. We would not want miss the Sistine for the once in a lifetime experience, but I would not necessarily revisit it. I could spend days in the Vatican Museum and could easily do St. Peter's again and spend more time than the tour afforded.

Amazing

Our tour guide Laura was amazing! Best guide we've ever had – so interesting and knowledgeable and she really seems passionate about her job. She had an answer to all our question. We went on a tour with a different company later in the day and really missed her.

Wonderful tour with warm and engaging guide

Christina was a fantastic guide. She has a real passion for the history and art of the Vatican. But she also is warm is engaging. The guards knew her and liked her which made the tour seamless. The company is well run and it was very easy to check in and walk over to the Vatican.

Radffaella is and excellent guide. She was knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating for all four families on our tour. She answered our questions thoughtfully and professionally. She even took a great family photo for us as we overlooked the Basilica.

Lots of walking and lots...

Lots of walking and lots of information. We were tired by the time we got to the Sistine Chapel. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Great tour, a great experience

Our guide Marina was amazing, she had a lot of insight and was really sympathetic and funny. I'm really grateful for the experience! A tip, follow marina to the the Basilica, it's through the RIGHT exit from the Sistine chapel!

Great excursion.

Very good. Guide was very helpful. Led us to the Museums. Answered all questions perfectly. Easy to book via Viator with appropriate level of communication to make this a stress free tour. Vatican City Musrums were excellent.

Terrible customer service. We had trouble finding our guide, due to the huge amount of people standing in the same meeting point. Got there 15 min before the meeting time. We got in touch with the office and they did nothing to help us. We ended up missing the tour trying to find her and with the whole morning ruined. Thank you for lack of empathy and for treating us so awfully. UPDATE: (As an answer to the company’s answer) Thank you for your message. We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding your booking. Your tour was scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM, with a required meeting time of 11:45 AM. Unfortunately, you were not present at the meeting point at that time. We contacted you via WhatsApp and also called, and you replied at 12:03 PM, indicating that you were on your way, while the tour had already started at 12:00 PM. You arrived at approximately 12:14 PM and contacted us again. *Not true, our group was composed of 6 people, 3 of us were at 11:45 and actually talked to the guide and ask her if she was our guide and she said no, without actually checking the information of her list (if she would have done this she would have found us because afterwards she checked the list when we found her inside with other 2 people)* At 12:10 PM, we had already sent you the tickets and all necessary instructions via WhatsApp, including information on how to locate the guide. *Not true, we spoke with the office and she told us that she could do nothing to help us because she wasn’t able to locate the guide because she was doing the tour. Super busy to attend a call from your office when you have a numerous group of two people and you are missing more than the 80% of the group that booked your visit, this is the definition of great problem solving skills.* However, upon arrival, you informed us that you were waiting for a Spanish-speaking tour, whereas your booking was clearly for an English-language guided tour, as stated on your voucher, on the booking platform, and in the reminder message sent the day before the tour. *This probably was a misunderstanding between your company and our agency, because we did not book the tour directly with you, and it could have been solved probably in the moment if you have actually helped us in any way instead of just ignore us and provide us with no assistance at all, we found our guide by our own means, not because you indicate us the way* The guide later confirmed that you located her but declined to join the tour due to the language. Under these circumstances, a refund cannot be issued. As outlined in our terms and conditions, refunds or amendments are only possible up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. *If you are not able to provide us with a refund for a service that we did not use and after this awful situation we will be happy to issue an official complain in Altroconsumo*. For future bookings, we kindly advise paying close attention to both the meeting time, as entry times are strictly regulated, and the tour details, including the language and inclusions, to ensure the experience meets your expectations. *For future groups we kindly advise you to indicate your guides to check their lists when they get asked and they are missing 80% of their group, it would be helpful if the office could get in touch with the guide in case of any incident like this, which I think it’s pretty normal when you operate in a museum that welcomes 25.000 people per day, instead of blaming your own clients, which it brings to light your poor customer service that it is shown when you have to fix a situation with a group that had had a problem* Thank you,

Amazing Colosseum Tour

We had a fantastic tour of the Colosseum, Palantine Hill and Forum with Alberto. He really did his homework and brought the whole place to live. I particularly reference the illustrations that he brought to show what the ruins would have looked like 2,000 years ago. Thank you Alberto.

Scam

I never got sent the tickets it is a scam. I have had a horrible time trying to get a refund and I never got to go in the museum.

Insightful Tour, Hilarious Guide!

My husband and I booked this tour and had Riccardo as our guide. For a chaotic place like Colosseum area, he made our tour group feel very personal and made sure to keep us engaged and check out all the important areas. Not to mention, his humor was a delight! Highly recommend.
