I did a tour Of the Borghese gallery in Rome and It was extraordinary. Our guide was incredibly cultured and sophisticated And had a degree in heart history. In fact, I think this was the highlight of my Italy trip. This was a rather expensive tour for a family of four, but I would say that it is worthwhile and the tour Helped enrich my whole Italian vacation because it gave me some of the foundations in historical foundations sculpture and painting. Guia, or guide, was amazing and guided us through the crowds and pointed out the main highlights and their relevance in art history along the way. She was a highly sophisticated art historian, and answered my many many questions. I would do this again for sure, Even having done it once, and especially with Guia, our guide. So much to see and soak in. Give yourself a little extra time after the tour to do another walk-through !

However, we asked several Vatican Museum staff members if the Sistine Chapel closure was truly last-minute. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case. We also had to wait 15 minutes past the scheduled start time to even leave because people were late, only to see a tour guide speaking Spanish give preferential treatment to those same late people and have another 15-minute tea party. When we asked a question, she told them she was busy with them and we had to wait our turn. Then, in a cursory and grumpy 30-second reply, they told us the Sistine Chapel was closed and we'd already been allowed in. Extremely poor, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money. Best Tour/Tour Guide

Elena was a fantastic tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the art in Villa Borghese museum. I can only assume she was an art history/history major because she was truly an expert. Booking this tour was the best decision. I tried to book too late and was unable to get a tour of that museum my first visit to Rome. I highly recommend this tour. Book very early! You do not want to miss this! This tour had a maximum of 15 people and there were four of us that day.

Our guide, Sarah, was friendly and inviting, with incredible knowledge. The tour is fast paced - it has to be - you simply can't take everything in. However, Sarah used the time effectively. The ability to skip the line was very helpful, and to have someone who could speak with staff and security on the group's behalf was very helpful. We'd recommend going early in the morning and off-peak.

Άξιζε το τίμημα που δώσαμε…!!! Φοβερή εμπειρία και εξαιρετική η ξεναγός η Sara…μας είχε συνεχώς στην επίβλεψη της και προσπαθούσε να εξηγήσει όσα περισσότερα μπορούσε σχετικά με τα αξιοθέατα και την ιστορία πίσω από αυτά…!! Θα το συστήναμε ανεπιφύλακτα…αξίζει και με το παραπάνω ο κόπος…!!

So they're simply selling tickets for something you can't even go to. Zero stars for us! It's a wonderful place to go, but definitely not through this company! (Original) We hadden voor 102 euro (2 personen) een tour geboekt, voor ons was de Sixtijnse Kapel dé reden om deze tour te boeken. We waren met een groep van 12 personen, waaronder 3 Spanjaarden (die overigens ook nog eens te laat waren!) die alle aandacht en tijd kregen voor uitleg en wij Nederlanders/Engelsen moesten maar wachten.. na ongeveer 10 minuten waren we het zat en vroegen wij ook onze uitleg, maar we werden gewoon afgewimpeld en moesten maar wachten, de rest van de groep was het hier niet mee eens. 13.00 begon de tour, voordat we een eerste binnen hadden gezet was het 13.25 uur. En dan ook nog eens te horen krijgen dat ze nét een bericht hadden gehad dat het Sixtijnse Kapel gesloten was (!) hoe kan dit? We hebben de medewerkers van het Museum om meer informatie gevraagd, schijnt al een week bekend te zijn dat het Sixtijnse Kapel is gesloten op deze dag. Dus verkopen ze gewoonweg tickets voor iets waar je helemaal niet heen kan. Voor ons 0 sterren! Het is prachtig mooi om heen te gaan, maar zeker niet via dit bedrijf!

Wonderful Visit to Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill

To be honest it is a very worthwhile visit to The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with the online booking package price very attractive and affordable. 3 hours of walking through all those areas has given me and my wife a great experience to see how ancient Roman architecture was built and to understand Roman civilization. We traveled to Rome for the holidays with our family, and this was the tour that our kids liked the most. Of course the Vatican is beautiful, but our guide Riccardo really brought it to life. He pointed out the highlights that he knew we would appreciate, and he answered the questions we didn’t even know to ask. When we did have questions, he was quick to provide thoughtful and informative answers. Maybe most impressive was Riccardo’s ability walk backwards up and down the ancient steps at the Vatican, without looking and without falling, all while talking about the incredible art and history surrounding us!
