Fruitful and fun tour with Alessia and Dumbo!!
So glad we had Alessia (and Dumbo) as our guide! Loved everything about the tour - weather was great, skipped all the queues, got to hear lots of interesting background on the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill, took lots of pics/videos at the best picture spots.. Alessia even took time out to answer all of our questions after the tour (e.g. where to get the best tiramisu, meals.. other places to visit etc). Wonderful, wonderful experience! Glad we booked this guided tour with EcoArt!!

Great experience
Absolutely 100% recommend this tour. Was a small group which we found you get a lot more information and see a lot more regarding the paintings etc, if you had questions it was no problem to our guide “Laurelie” I hope I spelled this correct. She was so friendly and very informative especially with each of us asking questions she was very patient and answered the questions to as much as her knowledge. We will definitely be back to Rome and hope to get laurelie as our guide on tours again!

We learnt a lot during this relatively short tour thanks to our fantastic guide Martina. Despite the crowds she kept us engaged with lots of historical, cultural facts, details and stories. We are glad that we participated this tour.

A Highlight of My Rome Trip – Huge Thanks to Sara & EcoArt!
I recently joined the Vatican Small Group Stories tour with EcoArt, and it was hands down one of the best parts of my time in Rome. Sara was our guide, and she was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely fun to be around. She brought so much context and storytelling to the experience, which made the history come alive in a way that stuck with me long after the tour ended. The group size was perfect—not too big—so it felt personal and easy to ask questions along the way. The pace of the tour was great too: well-organized, efficient, but never rushed. If you're in Rome and want to get a deeper, more intimate look at the Vatican, I can’t recommend EcoArt and especially Sara enough. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!

Monica is a wonderful guide with many years of experience and knowledge about the Vatican.
Monica was great and her knowledge was exceptional. She knew a lot of details and obviously has many years of experience in the Vatican. We would not even know what we were looking at when it comes to art of various items or monuments. I would certainly recommend Monica as your guide!

Good overall
Tour was well organized and meeting location was easy to find. Monica was very knowledgeable and friendly, however we had a hard time understanding her and therefore missed a lot of the information she was trying o convey.

Sara Rocks!
Sara was exceptional and gave us a lot of information that would have been missed using an audio tour or guidebook. I am sure we got so much more out of our Vatican experience because we had Sara leading us through.

Best experience and tour guide
Alessia our tour guide was amazing, she had good input, stories, and was funny! She had a knack on telling jokes and is very eloquent with her speech and taught us a lot about history. She is undoubtedly the best ever !!

The works of art in the Vatican alone was breathtaking, but what gave us perspective and better appreciation was our tour guide. Alessia was very friendly, knowledgeable, spontaneous and professional throughout the tour. Never a dull moment with her! :)

Sehr souveräne Führung mit vielen kleinen, interessanten Details
Auch wenn ich jetzt nicht soooo auf vatikanische Museen stehe , von denen es aber ganz viele gab, bevor es dann endlich in die Sixtinische Kapelle ging, war es doch kurzweilig. Darüberhinaus hatten wir einen sehr lebendig erzählenden und gut Englisch sprechenden Italiener als Guide, der uns angesichts der Masse an Bildern, Skulpturen, Fresken und Co. sehr interessante Dinge herausgepickt hat!

Great Tour with Wonderful Tour Guide
We had a wonderful tour of the Vatican with Laura. Our group was small and our guide Laura was polite, professional and very interesting. The tour was just the right amount of time and the early start was less crowded. Laura was very knowledgeable but her way of explaining made information fun. Highly recommend!

A guide is your best experience for knowledge and getting through the security checks and lines!
I highly recommend going on a tour… just skipping the line was the best. Even with tours there are lines but they move fast and efficiently. Having someone who knows how to move through the security and controls is priceless! The tour guides Are totally professional and know their stuff and I love hearing the history and side stories of various depictions, paintings and sculptures. We found that doing the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was enough for one day 2 1/2 hours. The previous day we did St Peter’s Basilica a one hour tour with guide and you could stay on as long as you wanted. Then on to Coliseum later in afternoon. I recommend not booking anything your first full day and walk the neighborhoods and take in the atmosphere you are tired from long flights. We found early morning tours suited us 8.30 am best but tours are all day long. Do it right and go with these guides… perfect!

What a wonderful collection of art work! So many great masterpieces under one roof. If you love art history this is a do not miss experience. Having a guide makes it so much more enjoyable. Fantastic tour!

This tour was amazing! Stefano was very informative, easy to follow, humorous, and knew his way around! We really enjoyed everything at the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel. It was an experience we’ll never forget!
