Excellent experience
Small group was perfect. Our guide is an archaeologist and was extremely knowledgeable about everything we saw.

Book a Guided Tour!
Fantastic and further enhanced by our very knowledgeable guide. I strongly suggest getting a guide as this avoided us having to leave the Vatican and reline for the basilica (the guides have special access to use the connecting staircases)

Great Tour!
The tour with Roberta was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and kept the tour fun and interesting. We waited in a short 20 minute line through security. Once in the Basilica, we saw the multi hour wait outside with thousands of people in line, so that alone made this tour well worth the cost!

We had the most wonderful experience booking this tour. We used Viator website to book the 8:30am tour with Christina. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and expressed herself wonderfully. No dull moments and kept me engaged the entire time. 10/10 recommend!

Our guide 'Fred' Frederico was excellent. Shared his knowledge and sense of humor with us. He kept our group moving along as all guides are instructed to do but do not necessarily abide by. So much to see and not easy with the vast amount of people. Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica are gorgeous and breathtaking. We can not imagine trying to move through the crowds during a busier tourist season.

A Grand Tour of Renaissance masters of the Vatican
Elena was an excellent guide, highly knowledgeable about the history and artistic periods of the Vatican and high Renaissance. She gave a detailed description of the creation of the Sistine Chapel, and the Museum galleries, she fully engaged those in the tour and was very open to questions. Highly recommend the company and Elena!

Amazing tour with Francesca!
The tour of the Vatican was amazing! Franseca was very informative and extremely kind. She definitely did not rush. Someone in the group was slow on the stairs and Franseca kindly waited for them. She also was open to any and all questions and showed a lot of passion for the Vatican and her profession. If you can, request Franseca as your guide. You’ll be 100% glad you did.

Without skip the line tickets the wait time for entry was approximately 3 hours. The line wrapped around the museums for several blocks.

This whole experience was great! Easy to find and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about her job, she was amazing, I am so sorry I can't remember her name! Definitely worth the money
