Visit of Vatican Museum

Memorable experience but very fun
Our guide Amed was great and knew his stuff but got sick. We were left in the Sistine chapel so we found another Eco art tour guide,Fred, who adopted our group. He was very helpful in getting our tickets to the basilica and finishing our tour

Be prepared for crowds
Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, telling us about herself and asking about us - where we lived, what it was like, etc. As good as she was, the vatican was just too crowded.

Despite the challenging...
Despite the challenging stairs of the Colosseum, Eddy, our guide made our experience enjoyable. He was very informative on the places we stopped at.

Lots to See! But Lots of Walking.
Overall really good - but very long and lots of walking. I'd plan to give yourself time after the tour to see the Basilica and square.

Private Vatican Museum tour.
I know sometimes people don't want to spend the money paying for a private tour , but sometimes its really worth it. That's how my wife and I felt after our private tour with Max. Museums can be huge confusing places and you want to get around without a lot of wasted effort. You also want a guide who is very knowledgeable and good natured. Max was all of that and more. Thanks for a great travel experience.

Our guide was amazing!
Our guide was amazing. Alessia from EcoArt was engaging, animated and spoke so well. I’ve been to the Vatican museum 2 times before and this was the most well done experience I’ve had. We had limited time so it was great to have the fast passes that allowed us through the lineup quickly. Lots of walking. If you have a stroller, there’s a storage locker at the entrance free of charge.

Great Experience in the Vatican Museums
Our guide Alessia made the trip to the Vatican Museum a wonderful experience. She was energetic, patient, funny and very knowledgeable, and was full of anecdotes about the places and artefacts we saw. We were in a small group and Alessia gave us tons of information about the works of art contained in the museums. My highlight was how-before we entered-she told us stories about the painting of the Sistine Chapel, and used coloured photos to show the most interesting parts to look out for. It made the whole experience much more meaningful. At the end of the tour Alessia took us through a short cut to St Peter's Square and told us what to look out for in the Basilica. I was impressed with EcoArt as well. There was good communication throughout, but notably when we were running a few minutes late and they rang to check that we were still coming rather than just leaving without us. This was a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Great experience and with all the amazing art in Rome this did not disappoint. The sculptures are amazing and the art equally so.

Beautiful art in Vatican museum
It was nice to have an art historian guide to explain the artwork in the Vatican museum. She answered all my questions and pointed out things to take note of when we finally got to see the Sistine chapel then we were allowed to tour on our own afterward.

Best Tour
Excellent tour guide. A special thank you to helping us reschedule our tour when our arrival to Rome was delayed a day. Guide was friendly and oh so professional. Group size was small so our interactions were very nice. Sistine Chaple was closed due to the conclave but at least we saw the entrance. Thank you.
