For around ~$50 including the $25 food credit, which gets you a larger burger, fries and drink of your choice, the experience was worth the price. The queue was a bit too long maybe even 20miniutes or more for some of the popular rides the though, probs due to Christmas holidays rush

We visited the park around Christmas. The concreted ground surface all across the park was blisteringly hot, literally. Don't expect to go barefoot at a water park. :/ Also, in pursuit of safety, I'm assuming, they have abandoned reason for madness. Despite not being overly crowded that day, the lines were long and hardly moved as riders are no longer staggered (or allowed simultaneously for rides with seperate paths), so most of the day was spent standing around on stairs. Bonus points for when we nearly got to the top of one ride after waiting over an hour and it broke, and we had to go stand in another line for another hour. Could have offered people a single ride fast pass or SOMETHING. Bumped up to two stars cos we did see that water dragon, which was cool.

Chris in the Bite Me Cafe, you're a legend! Both you and your manager went above and beyond to help us out. This made our day so much better. Your service was impeccable! The lost star was for the park itself. Purchase a Express ticket if you want to actually experience a ride.

Bare minimum effort given to get tourists in. We went during peak period during summer school holidays so expected the worst including long queues. Our child is young 110cm so the plan was to hang out in the kids area and relax. We got there at 9:30am (holiday opening time), traffic was backed up on the highway. The queue to get in was long, it moved pretty quickly. Car parks were all gone by 10:00 so glad we got there early. No outlets were open (food / drink / vendors / popcorn / icecream ). One food stand opened about 10:00. Everything else stayed closed. No music. No dress up characters. No bubbles, smiles or high fives for the kids. The water is freezing, particularly in the kids pool. We went on a hot sunny day, but had to leave by 11:00 - too cold. Positives - every slide was operational. Lots of seating. Can bring own food. Close to dreamworld so could easily do both parks in one day (prepare to queue in the sun). Has a kids zone. Negatives - food outlets closed or tired. Slow moving lines, doesn’t function as well as it should. 120cm restrictions on most slides. Very cold water in the middle of summer. No theme.

The volume levels at Dreamworld WhiteWater World is a real concern. The music is constantly above 75 dB and often pushes past 80 dB, which is well into the range considered unsafe for prolonged exposure. This is especially worrying given that most visitors are children. It would be great to see the park review and reduce the volume to ensure a safer and more comfortable environment.
