Fun slides and water rides catering for all ages. Parents will enjoy it too so go with the intent of joining the kids for some fun. Very multicultural clientele. Definitely accompany your kids in the change room and report any odd behaviour to the waterworld staff.

As always, we had a fantastic time at Whitewater World. My kids are now old enough and tall enough to enjoy most of the slides and they had a great time on the last weekend of the season. Cant wait for it to reopen for the summer.

Quite good , the rides are designed for kids that are 13+ with the exception of maybe 2 rides. The wave pool is great for all ages and they have a great kids water play area also. If you buy a vip ticket you pay extra but go straight to the front of the line on rides (worth it). Overall its a good day out but if its busy be prepared to wait in line also bring suncream.

Perfect day out... rides are worth the wait in line, but they move really quickly. Relaxing on deck chairs helps the day slip away.

The park itself looks great, but the experience for families with young children is unacceptable. The βone rider at a timeβ rule on slides like Pipe Plunge and the Wiggles slides is not just inconvenient, it creates a real safety risk for younger kids. I was forced to send my 4-year-old son down alone while I had to run around to meet him at the bottom. In that short time, he disappeared. I spent over 20 minutes not knowing where my child was, only to be told heβd been found and taken to the service desk. So in practice, your βsafetyβ rule resulted in a 4-year-old being separated from their parent in a crowded water park. I raised this with both a supervisor and an aquatic trainer and was told βthatβs the rule,β with no flexibility or consideration for younger children. If your policies force parents to separate from young kids in a busy environment, then your approach to safety needs serious critical review. Preventing slide collisions shouldnβt come at the cost of basic supervision. There is ability for me to collide with my 4 year old in my lap! A simple solution would be to allow children under 5 to wear an armband or similar identifier and ride down the slides with a parent. That would maintain control, reduce risk, and actually improve safety outcomes. For the price ($128 per ticket and $349 for a cabana), this was extremely poor value. My child couldnβt safely use the attractions, and the stress of losing him completely ruined the day we couldnβt do anything absolutely no value. Until this is addressed, this park is not suitable for families with children under 5. I hope no parent or child experiences our events however someone needs to realise your safety rules are critically flawed and creating an even worse safety issue!
