Excellent Food and Hospitality
We loved this experience! Alberto and Lily were fantastic. Very informative, interactive, friendly, and the hospitality was amazing. Best food (taco Tuesday) we have had during our stay- fresh and authentic with recipes from several generations. Most of all, we enjoyed the company and can take this experience back home and remember the day while making the recipes ourselves!

Best experience I’ve had in Cancun. Chef Alberto and Lily were amazing teachers and the food was both authentic and outstanding! Fresh recipes and great company made it an event I’ll book again. Highly recommended!

Un'esperienza magnifica
Una signora carinissima, la chef Alma, è venuta a prenderci al punto di ritrovo puntualissima e ci ha portati a casa sua per fare il corso (noi pensavamo che fosse in un ristorante). L'esperienza è iniziata con una chiacchierata di circa 40 minuti dove ci ha raccontato la storia della penisola dello Yucatan, di Playa del Carmen e ci ha spiegato l'origine del nome di molti alimenti tipici messicani. Abbiamo poi iniziato a cucinare delle splendide Enchiladas, facendo le salse e le tortilla, che abbiamo gustato a fine esperienza. Prima di salutarci ci ha mandato alcune ricette per provare a rifarle a casa e ci ha dato parecchi consigli per la nostra vacanza. Una persona splendida! Alma parla benissimo inglese.

The most authentic meal
Thank you, Francisco, for such a great experience! We loved shopping in the Mercado for all the fresh ingredients, then being welcomed to your home to cook an authentic meal. It made our trip extra special. My husband loves seafood, so we purposely scheduled our class on Saturday (seafood day). The best part was that even I loved it! I’d never eaten ceviche before, but truly enjoyed it. And the hibiscus margarita was a treat, just right with the fish tacos, guacamole and salsa Mexicano (pico de gallo). Perfecto!!!

Best Mexican Cooking Class
Janeth Franklin 2 reviews a minute ago New We went to Carolina's class while on our vacation in Cabo. It was a highlight of our trip. We learned to make the most delicious Mexican food we've ever eaten! She took us to her market and bakery next door. Then we went to her brother's house to cook. It was beautifully set up with everything we could need. Very clean and organized! We learned how to make the best Margaritas, Chile rellenos, chicken enchiladas, tortillas, 2 different sauces and 2 different salsas. We had a small group and it was a fabulous time. Highly recommend! We will be back. Everyday they cook different foods! Thank you, Carolina!

So much food and tequila. Did not disappoint!
Traveled with husband and family. We were a party of 4. The total tour was a party of six. Multiple tacos, I believe 7. Ended tour with 7 sips of tequila. We also had a popsicle and churros. So much food!! Karina was wonderful. Totally recommend this tour! A must do!

Tacos were amazing!
We loved our tour! It was really neat to get a more local experience! The food was amazing and our guide was so friendly! The only thing we were hoping to have more of was more of a variety in the types of foods rather than just different types of tacos! But it was still so yummy! The tequila tasting was so fun and we loved that experience!

Amazing experience
What a great experience. From visiting the local markets to cooking at the chefs home, we had such an incredible group of people that we met and had so much fun and the food was amazing!!! The tequila tasting afterwards was such a fun treat as well. Highly recommend!!

Experience authentic food and culture
Miguel was an amazing guide and host. He taught us about the true history and culture of Los Cabos. At every stop on our walking tour, we were greeted by friendly people with delicious foods! This tour is a “must do.”

Lots of walking food tasting tour! Be fit!
If you’re on a cruise ship there is a 15 minute walk from the port drop off point to the tour meeting place (Blue Marlin statue), so get off the ship no later than 46 minutes before the start of the tour. There is another 15 minute walk from the tour meeting point to the first restaurant. Then about 5-8 minutes of walking between the 6 different restaurants. All the food tastings were wonderful! Our guide, David, was incredibly nice and accommodated all of our needs. The Juan More Taco tour company secretary, Diana, on the phone was helpful and reliable when I called to ask questions. I recommend this tour only for people who can walk long distance in hot and humid weather. The company van did drive us back to the cruise port at the end. I would do this tour again prepared for walking in the heat of Cabo San Lucas.

Best experience ever.
This was more than I even imagined. If you want to feel like you are spending the day with your family this is the experience for you. My son (20 y/o) and I had the best time ever. The entire experience was amazing. We felt like we were locals out shopping and then going to our aunt's house to cook up an authentic lunch. If you are a hands-on person, then you need to book this trip.

This was a 5 star experience! Our group of three adults and one 9 yo enjoyed the entire day. We met at the beautiful Mercabo, with its beautiful kitchen, spices and tequila room. Chef Issy gave us an introduction and then we were on our way, in a comfy air-conditioned van, to visit a tortilla factory, fish store and market to pick up the food for our day- Surf and Turf Paella. Our group of 9 was small enough that the Chef took us to his beautiful house for our cooking lesson. Along the way, Chef Issy gave us a short history of the Cabo area, its people and food. The first thing we made was fresh margaritas. He then instructed each of us on how we would prepare and cook every aspect of our meal. It was delicious!!! And Fun. Will include this experience every time we visit Cabo. Since each day is a different menu, we will try the others. Chef Issy was great!

A MUST if you are a foodie.
A True 5/5 experience. Miguel is a wealth of knowledge regarding Mexican history, culture and food. Through the streets of Cabo Miguel shows you the different culinary art of different regions of Mexico. We explored 4 different restaurants, a tamale stand, and some of the best ice cream I’ve had. I can not recommend this food tour enough! I liked one Crunchy fish taco so much, I went back the next day and ate two more!! If your in Cabo please stop by and let Miguel teach you a thing or two about Mexican history, culture, and food!!

An incredible family business that pays homage to their patriarch. My family loved not only the food but the culture as well. You can visit Cabo, but never experience it. Do yourself a favor and book it .

Fun was had by all
It was a fun evening! We learned how to make true Margaritas and Palomas, made 2 types of guacamole, corn tortillas and salsa. We danced, we ate and it was a very enjoyable evening! Carina was an awesome hostess! Then we learned about tequila and had tequila tasting with Jorge- it was awesome to learn about tequila- and try them.

Cabo food tour
David was such a fun tour guide! He took us to 6 different places and gave us a choice (and suggestions!) on what to order. Be sure not to eat before you go, you'll be fed plenty on the tour. I'm also not a big tequila drinker, but the tasting afterwards was a blast. Would totally recommend this!
