Cooking in San Lucas Cabo
Excellent experience from beginning to end. This was our second time with this tour company. The food and drinks were very good. We all enjoyed the hands on experience of making our lunch. So much food. If you're looking for a fun experience definitely book this with Francisco Morales.

This gave such a wide variety of yummy Mexican foods and Milton was such a good guide. He was friendly and went above and beyond to try and accommodate our picky little boy. The mole was the best mole we’ve ever had. The fish was so fresh! Highly recommend to any other foodies out there.

Come hungry! Miguel did a great job explaining Mexico, its history, and the different areas of the country that came to cabo to offer their style of food. Every place was different, and local. No tourist destinations. Very much appreciated his recommendations at each location and explaining what each is special for. The tequila tasting afterwards was also very informative and enjoyable. Well worth it.

Cooking, Culture, and Community with Chef Alma
I absolutely loved this cooking class! Chef Alma went above and beyond by not only teaching us how to prepare the dishes but also weaving in the history and cultural background behind each recipe. It made the experience so much richer and gave me a deeper appreciation of the food. She also shared fantastic recommendations on local restaurants and where to shop for authentic ingredients and kitchenware, which was such a thoughtful touch. The class was hands-on, approachable, and fun — I left feeling more confident in the kitchen and inspired to keep cooking authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or living here!

Milton led us to tacos and delicious tastings around town. He is charming, professional, and a great tour guide! Jorge is the tequila Master and did not disappoint. We had an excellent time at this event.

Such a fun experience
Such a fun way to experience Cabo San Lucas, Mexican culture and the foods of different regions/states of Mexico. Karina was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide with strong ties to the community, so it felt like we were part of her family. She is passionate about her job, her culture, her family and the foods that come from Mexico. We got to walk and learn through the street, while eating the tastiest foods. We were given a range of options to choose from in each location and a dairy allergy was catered for easily. We are a family of 4, with two teenagers and we all really enjoyed this tour.

Excellent Taco Tasting Tour and Hospitality
We took the taco tasting walking tour that included tequila tasting and ended up with dessert in the plaza. We also added on the chocolate factory tour. To top if off we started the tour in a little local downtown supermarket where they handmade tortillas (yummy fresh and warm). I would recommend also to do your souvenir shopping there. The tour for us was about 5 hours, but I think it was that long because it was only My husband and I on the tour which made it really nice and really got to talk with the local guide (Alan). The tacos at all three places tasted great. I don't drink tequila, but my husband enjoyed that....I opt to add on the chocolate factory since I have a sweet tooth. Alan was a great tour guide and we enjoyed his hospitality. He spoke English and Spanish. ***** Ask for Alan for your guided tour *****

A great way to try out authentic Mexican food
Miguel was our tour guide. He gave us the history of Cabo San Lucas and talked about what the downtown area looked like before all the tourism and businesses came in. He took us to several different restaurants off the beaten path to try different tacos to represent the different cultures that are blended in Cabo San Lucas. Examples are el pastor, chicken, shrimp, brisket w/ mole sauce, smoked swordfish, etc. We also had homemade ice cream and churros. Come hungry because you will be stuffed and won’t need to eat for the rest if the day! Miguel was very informative and was happy to answer our questions. We finished up with some tequila tastings. If you want to experience traditional handmade authentic Mexican food, this is the tour for you. Highly recommend! There is plenty of parking near the meeting location - 2 or 3 parking lots. US dollar is accepted.

Absolutely must do
Alma was the absolute best. Not only did we get to learn how to make some of the most delicious food we've ever had, but she made it super fun and informative. We learned all about Mexican history and culture as well as the food. Definitely one of the major highlights of our entire trip!
