Great experience! Alberto and Lilly were very warm and welcoming. The lunch we made was delicious! I highly recommend. Take an Uber, very convenient.

Cabo Taco and Food Tour
This was a great food tour. David, our guide was excellent and very friendly. I suggest you go on this tour with an empty stomach.

Great Taco Tour!
Milton was an excellent tour guide. He was friendly and extremely knowledgable about food and tourism in Cabo. The food on this tour was outstanding and ranged from traditional Mexican tacos to more unique food experiences if feeling adventurous (ex. marlin/beef tongue). The evening ended with a tequila tasting, where we learned about various Mexican tequilas (not available in the US) and tasted some very good sipping tequilas. Loved this experience and highly recommend for anyone who loves tacos and wants to explore the downtown area.

Outstanding in every way. Far exceeded expectations
This was an outstanding highlight of our week in Cabo. Far exceeded my expectations and those of my kids and grandkids who were with us. We went shopping for supplies, squeezed limes, cut chilli peppers and cilantro, etc made our own margaritas (as many as we wanted) and pork tacos. When event ended, we were offered (and fully enjoyed) a Taquilla tasting experience which we thoroughly enjoyed also Overall, extremely good value for the money and oh so tasty and enjoyable meal and daytime experience.

Great for the whole family!
We did the cooking class as a family - 2 adults and 2 children. Every one of us had a fun and memorable time! We went to and learned about local markets then took the ingredients back to their kitchen to learn how to make multiple traditional Mexican dishes. I loved the fun facts mixed into the class and - of course - lots of margaritas. Everyone in the class was also warm and friendly; it made for an excellent family outing. It was so loved, my kids wanted to make more pico de gallo once we got back home!

A must do in Cabo
Yesterday we did the cooking in the family home with a smaller group with Karina and loved it. So much we booked for the following day. This time held at the restaurant with a larger group with Issy…was also amazing and we had an absolute blast learning new things, meeting new people, skills we can take home for our love of Mexican food. Issy was personable, warm, loads of fun and a great host and teacher. The team with him were also fantastic and really added to the experience. If you do just one experience on holiday in Cabo this is a must do!!! The food and class are the absolute highlights of our holiday we can’t recommend more. Told people on a sunset cruise, the Uber drivers and all sorts how great it was. Thanks all for making it the best!!!

Great Food But Questionable Discussion Topics
The tour as a whole was good. Plenty of different types of tacos to try and more than enough food for the heartiest of appetites. We did the tour with Miguel and one other couple and for some reason that other couple felt the need to bring up US politics with the guide. It was not the time or place for a potentially charged topic like this and something that the guide should have avoided engaging in but unfortunately didn’t. This turned what could have been a great tour into something far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Super fun excursion. Shipping at the local markets was a great start to the route, cooking at a family home was a lot of fun, the food was fantastic, the margaritas were amazing, and our guide Karina was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended.

Get local and eat local!
I want to start off with we got lucky and spoiled. When we showed up we were the only people who booked so it was basically a private chef experience. Which was AMAZING! We got to be so involved and his mother was hilarious and helpful. The food was so good. We made red and green salsa. The best Guacamole that Chef made spicy as we explained we love spicy everything. The only part that sucked is when you are staying at a resort where the minifridge is just filled with free booze you cant take it back with you. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Get you into the real Cancun and enjoy local everything. P.S. Look at what is being served on what day. I didn't do that but I love most foods so we were good to go.

Do free tequila tasting instead
We learned a lot about tequila But a cocktail ( think meant to have 2 ) and tiny sips of tasting tequila . We did a free tasting the next day and god the same amount of tasting tequila so really just the cocktail as extra in this so definitely not worth it . Do the free tastings instead

Awesome guide - awesome tacos
We took the tour with Miguel. It was equal parts informative, fun, and tasty. He took my family to excellent taco spots that only local information can get you to. His style was fun and energetic, but mindful of dietary restrictions and keeping everyone comfortable. He interacted appropriately and kindly with my daughter (9) and made it a wonderful experience for her. At the end, she said she was so happy we did the tour. For me, walking around the city was an absolute plus. We took plenty of breaks for tacos and ice cream. This was so good, I’d do it again.

Great family experience, paired with tasty food!
Our family had a fantastic time with Miquel! He shared information about each of the regions of Mexico and then paired his instruction with delicious tacos from the region. The tour involves some light walking from place to place which was much needed between eating each taco. We highly recommend! What a fun day!

Great experience and guide.
A really enjoyable afternoon spent with a super nice and knowledgeable guide, Milton. Unfortunately the rest of the group was a no show, which was a shame, but on the plus side that meant we got Milton's full attention. We visited five eateries, a couple more tourist focused and the rest definitely more the places the local peeps eat. The food and experience at all of them was great. No hesitation at all in recommending the tour to others. One piece of advice though... show up hungry!

Excellent class!!
Learned a lot from Francisco while shopping for our ingredients at the market and how to prepare our salsa, guacamole, tamales and margaritas. Everything was so good and he was very helpful and patient. Highly recommend and would differently take another class from him.
