Our host ISI was amazing....
Our host ISI was amazing. He explained everything in great details. The group we had were friendly and diverse. We got the recipes for the food we prepares and several that we did not. We were able to keep our aprons and Isi signed each one with a special message unique to each guest. This is definitely worth experiencing! We even got to do a tequila tasting afterward.

A Puerto Vallarta must!
Vicho, our tour guide, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even made accommodations for the vegetarian in the group. The tacos were excellent and we stopped into a beautiful church as well.

Fun and learning while on vacation with my family
Surpassed my expectations! Francisco taught us about what to look when buying produce; took us to his own kitchen and lead us in the food preparation with opportunity for us to prepare the meal. Also taught us how to make a good margarita!

I highly recommend this tour! We got the full, authentic experience of prepping and cooking Mexican dishes. From the grocery store run to the cooking demonstration, this was definitely an experience to remember. Not to mention our tour guide Isie was Marvelous! We had a tremendous time making margs & cooking with new friends ; If you visit Cabo be sure to add this to your list😄😄

A Must-Do Cabo Experience
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Cabo! Karina and her family were warm, fun, and made us feel right at home. We learned how to make fresh corn tortillas, guacamole, salsa, and margaritas, and then enjoyed it all together. The salsa dancing and tequila tasting added even more fun to the evening. It felt more like a family celebration than a class. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cabo. You won’t regret it!

Authentic Mexican cooking with Chef Alberto & Lily!
We booked this class on Expedia and I was a tad apprehensive but it ended up being one of the coolest things we did in Cancun! Our chef Alberto met us outside in the street which was much appreciated considering we were 30 minutes early and it was very hot out. Chef Alberto and his assistant/ mom Lily were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Fresh lemonade was served (and delicious!) upon arrival and then we got right to making our appetizers. Oh my gosh!! Authentic and delicious does not even begin to cover it! I’m still drooling just thinking about the market fresh vegetables and herbs and how they transformed into different salsas and guacamole so quickly and easily! I love to cook (my boyfriend not as much) but we both thoroughly enjoyed the class and learned a lot. I could have eaten the appetizers until I was stuffed but it was time to make more food! We make homemade tortillas (incredible!) and more sides to go with our beef and pork tacos. The food was absolutely amazing and Chef Alberto generously shared all his recipes with us so we can recreate them at home. As soon as I get my hands on a molcajete I intend to do exactly that! We are grateful for the experience we shared with Chef Alberto and Lily and highly recommend it to everyone!

The best cooking class in Cancun!
My husband and I had one of our best experiences in Cancun while attending Alberta’s cooking class. He and his mother, Lilly, were the perfect hosts in welcoming us into their home. After meeting four new friends we proceeded in making some of the best Mexican food we have ever eaten! The multiple salsas, roasted chiles, pork, chicken & homemade tortillas were all delicious. We highly recommend this experience, and would like to thank Alberto & Lilly for their hospitality.

Perfection!
This was an amazing experience! Our original tour was canceled and Chef Alberto had availability at the last minute. We are so glad that Chef Alberto and his mom welcomed us into their home to give us the experience of a lifetime. We learned how to make chicken and pork cochinita with two different salsas and guacamole. The hand made tortillas were fun to make! Everything tasted amazing! I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants an intimate and authentic experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Great all around! Loving and compassionate family! Chef Alberto and his mother welcome you into their beautiful space and prepare a meal that is unforgettable! We started by preparing the many sauces that will be used and tasted throughout the experience. From there it’s full fledged cooking and teaching from Chef Alberto and his wonderful mother! The class i attended had a capacity of 6 people. We were taught a little history as well as cooking techniques. I would recommend this experience a million times over!!! Recommended 10 out of 10!!!!

I went to this cooking class alone, and felt very welcome as a part of the entire group. I enjoyed it way more than I expected. We visited markets, had hands on experience preparing foods, and I learned how to make an excellent margarita - which we had during class! The food was so delicious! The chef, Carolina, was funny, very hospitable, and explained things so well! I truly loved it!

Tacos 4 Life
This tour was really amazing. I got to try authentic tacos done several different ways, from beef, pork, fish, ceviche, etc. It was an amazing time. I loved all the tacos and really had a great experience with (3) guides in particular - David and Guapo Flacco - I can’t remember Slim Handsomes name but he had a beautiful beard lol. Anyway the ice cream and the churros and tequila at the end were great too! Thanks for an amazing experience in beautiful Cabo San Lucas Mexico.
