Overall it was very informative and our group was happy with the tour. The guide was knowledgeable. It would have been helpful to have WhatsApp communication with the operators as there is construction going on in the area and the meeting point was confusing.

Nathan was an excellent tour guide. Loved all the history of the royal family. We had prime viewing spots. I would highly recommend this tour.

NOT A REPUTABLE OPERATOR

Do not trust this organization. I booked this tour, purchased the additional options of the exhibition at Buckingham Palace. The changing of the guards was excellent with our guide Kevin, but when I went to attend the options, they had no record of any tickets under my name. I have spoken with several customer service agents, and they confirm that I had bought the additional options. I have asked for a refund, but they are denying it with no explanation. Why they would expect me to pay for something they couldn’t provide makes no sense. So they basically sold tickets to me that they didn’t have. This was the one exhibit I really wanted to see in London, and they have ruined it for me and my daughter. JUST WANTED PEOPLE TO BE AWARE SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO THEM. I suggest you book with a more reputable tour operator.
