Purtroppo per le scarse indicazioni per arrivare al punto d’incontro abbiamo tardato di soli 10 minuti e questo ha determinato l’impossibilità di svolgere il tour. La guida non ci ha aspettato e non si è posto minimamente il problema di contattarci per sapere se stavamo arrivando o meno. La valutazione è molto negativa anche perché, una volta chiamato il numero verde, non c’è stata alcune assistenza né tantomeno è stata trovata una soluzione per farci fare la visita. Non è stato neanche operato un rimborso.

Day trip to the Almafi coast was wonderful. Patricia was very knowledgeable and make the long trip there very fun. As a solo traveller, I wanted to get the most bang for the buck and this delivered. A few things that could have improved: the stops to the restaurant and pizza before/after Pompeii were not the greatest. The restaurant had beautiful views which made up for the waiter’s curtness and food was expensive for lunch. The pizza after was the worst pizza I had in Italy so far and was over priced. I wish we spent more time in Sorrento as less than 2 hours with lunch was pretty tight. The bus also broke down but it was fixed pretty quickly after the rest stop back. However, the people on the tour including the driver and the guide, made up for these shortcomings. Overall, I enjoyed it!

Had issues with getting to the meeting point and the leader of the crew was not empathic at all . Even when we tried to catch up with the tat our cost. He would not let us join the group

A caminho de Sorrento foi-nos comunicado que o ferry não iria partir para Positano. Assim, desse modo a visita sofreu alteração de rota, passando a ser Sorreto 1h30 + Positano 1h30. Tendo em conta que anteriormente já havia reservado uma tour mais simples que entretanto cancelei (168€) por pretender uma experiência com mais qualidade especialmente pelo facto de visitar Amalfi e chegar a positano de barco (298€), e isso não aconteceu, chego à conclusão que paguei por uma visita e acabei por fazer outra. O mínimo que se espera da vossa parte é o reembolso da diferença de valor entre as duas. Estamos a falar de 130€. já para nao falar no facto de ser possível chegarmos de Positano a Amalfi por bia terrestre em transfer numa carrinha mais pequena e não o terem feito simplesmente por comodidade. E mais, assim a tour acabou por terminar 2h mais cedo, andámos a correr nos lugares sem necessidade. E paguei o barco e o valor foi-vos reembolsado. Aguardo o vosso bom senso no reembolso.

A viagem foi excelente, o guia acompanhante, Marco Incerti, e o motorista fizeram um excelente trabalho, sendo o passeio bastante positivo. O guia especializado em Pompeia também foi bastante divertido, tornando o passeio muito agradável.

While the Normandy D-Day tour was meaningful and deeply emotional, especially as we honored a longtime family friend’s relative who died just 19 days after arriving on D-Day, I was very disappointed by the handling of gluten-free accommodations during lunch. I clearly explained that I am gluten free, and our tour guide assured me the fish with cream sauce was safe. Later, when dessert with a visible crust was served, I questioned it multiple times. Only after insisting he double-check did he return and admit it contained “a small amount of gluten.” For someone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease, even a small amount can cause serious illness. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts before eating the dessert. Food allergies and gluten-free needs must be taken much more seriously.
