There is no guided tour outside of Notre Dame!! The guide will only take you to the Sait chapel, and that’s it. We waited 1 hour outside for the departure to Saint Chapel. It is freezing cold today. Terrible experience in Paris!

Highly recommended. Our guide Barbara was amazing and gave us so much information about the Duomo as well as Milano history. Well paced and informative but be prepared to walk! Loved it.

Carolina was an exceptional guide!!! As an art historian, she shared many layers of understanding for each piece we saw. I would give her 6 stars if given the option. I highly recommend going early before the Louvre get too crowded.

Without any notification by the City Wonders tour operator, our assigned guide did not show up and they sent a replacement "guide" who didn't know anything at all about the subject matter and was only able to provide entry tickets rather than the guided tour our group had purchased. Additionally, we were instructed to meet by 10am for our 10:15am tour, but the replacement guide would not let us begin the "tour" until close to 11:15am telling us we needed to wait for two parties who were no-shows and despite repeated pleading from the entire group to begin our tour at the scheduled time, leaving the rest of us shivering at the meeting point for the first hour of a two-hour tour on one of the coldest days of the year. When we called City Wonders, they seemed completely unaware of the situation, which added to the frustration. Another family on the tour had had other positive experiences with that tour operator, so not sure why this particular tour was such a disaster.
