Excellent tour
Our guide was Maria and she was fantastic. Very enthusiastic and kind as she guided us through a busy day. Overall, the experience was smooth and the meeting point was easy to find. It was our honeymoon and we had a great time.

The tour started on time and tour guide: Rita was so patient answering all our questions and at the same time she shared many interesting facts about Doge Palace and St Mark Basilica.

Excellent Tour and Guide!
This tour was excellent! Our guide (Marialena, I believe) was so informative and shared great information about the Tuscan region and the areas we visited. She pointed out areas and landmarks on the bus ride and kept the tour organized and on time. Loved it!!!

Recommended, if only we had more time
Lovely, fascinating tour, guided by Severine, who clearly knows her stuff. Should have continued for another 20 minutes? Didn't get to Géricault, etc. We were happy to continue listening for another hour :-) Recommended!

Audioguide is waste of money
We should have gotten alerted about downloading the audio guide app before heading to the Colosseum.

Some guides are great,...
Some guides are great, some guides aren't. I overheard some other guide talking about the life of gladiators not being so great, while listening to our guide talking about Roman history, politics, and architecture. It opened up a new perspective, and inspired us to travel much further than we planned. Definitely worth it. When in Rome, get a guide.

A half day tour to Montserrat
It was very good experience from meeting with the guide Elena, to the drive there to, the experience in the mountain, to come back. Elena was very informative about the history of Catalunya and gave us clear instruction about the tour details. I would recommend this tour and Elena to anyone who wants to visit Montserrat.

Wonderful guide helped reduce anxiety of overwhelming e
We visited the most popular museum in the world during an international holiday so the crowds were extraordinary. The sheer scale of art was astounding and I. Combination with the crowd was overwhelming. The guide and her use of a microphone/ in-ear receiver made communication possible and reduced anxiety while improving the experience. The Mona Lisa is relatively small (the OTHER Da Vinci was brighter and less crowded) but … it’s the Mona Lisa! Don’t miss “Winged Victory” or the Venus De Milo which are really cool to see as well. The only thing is finding the right guide at the beginning as there are fifty all starting at the same time near the Arc across from the pyramid.

Elena Is Awesome!!
Elena was an absolute wonderful tour guide. Despite an early meetup at 8AM, she displayed such energy and spirit to our group. Her information was interactive and she left us in awe of the wonders of Montserrat. Without a doubt, I would recommend this tour to you all.

Meu esposo e eu fizemos uma excursão de 12 hs para as cidades Orvieto, Civitá de bagnoregio e montepulciano, com a City Wonders saindo de Roma. Passeio foi excelente, reservamos pela viator, tiramos dúvidas sobre o ponto de encontro e fomos bem atendidos. Nossa guia Valentina e motorista Danilo foram muito atenciosos e gentis. Valentina fala bem inglês e conseguimos ouvir bem as explicações durante o passeio. O ônibus era bem confortável e as estradas que passamos eram boas, motorista Danilo dirigiu bem. Fizemos esse passeio em dezembro num domingo, então as lojinhas de Orvieto estavam fechadas, tomamos café em uma padaria local e andamos pelas ruas tirando fotos. Fomos almoçar em uma vinícola familiar em Montepulciano, essa parte da viagem foi a mais longa, almoço simples porém muito saboroso. No fim da tarde fomos para Civitá di bagnoregio, um dos lugares mais lindos e curiosos que já vimos, tem bastante escadas para subir, mas vale a pena.

Don’t waste your money
Tour guides were disingenuous. Each one promised to help me yet none did. I was having an asthma attack and I asked for water. It seems that none of the guides could be bothered to help me. Each one said that the other guide would help. The guide that dropped us off had us waiting outside for 20 minutes. During that time, one of them could have helped. It was only after the tour that the hostess from Angelina’s came and helped me. The guides went missing and by the end of the tour, ended up with one who did not know me. The stated 6 hour tour was completed in under 5. Guides seemed charming but when it came down to something as basic as rendering assistance to someone who was clearly struggling to breathe, they did not care. City Wonders needs to carefully vet their staff to ensure in the case of a medical emergency that they would practise their due diligence.

Do not recommend. Nothing private about the tour
Guide was ok. Very busy day. Seemed a bit rushed. Got separated to use lift and could not get to meeting place without voucher so left stranded. Company reps Carlos and Michel tried to reach guide but impossible. Returned head set to another company guide outside. Not the best tour

Francesco was the best!
Our tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill was fantastic. It's one thing to see these incredible sights, but to have a tour guided by Francesco is an unforgettable experience. Francesco was as kind as he was knowledgeable. His English speaking skills were excellent. Although the tour was billed as 2.5 hours, Francesco extended the tour by 30 minutes. There is so much to see and learn on this tour. It was one of the best things we did during our week in Rome. Grazie mille!

Great tour guide and experience!
Renata was a wonderful guide who knew so much about the artwork and history of the gallery! She also did a great job involving us in the tour by asking questions and making sure we understood everything we saw. I also think the tour company itself is very easy to work with.
