If you have time definitely add the Murano & Burano tour to your trip. The experience was personalized by our tour guide Alessandra. She was very friendly and approachable. She grew up in Venice, is very knowledgeable of the area's history, was fascinating to listen to and added interesting details and insights only a local would know.

Liked most - the bus ride there and back The guides were disingenuous. There were 3 in total but one left as soon as the other arrived. They knew I was having an asthma attack and that I was dehydrated. False claims that they would get me help as soon as we entered the palace never came to fruition. They would not even get me water despite my pleas. It was the hostess from Angelina’s that came to my assistance. As soon as the tour of the palace was over, my guide left. Didn’t bother to find me help. Tour went for under 5 hours. Not the 6 hours as stated. The guides seemed to be charming but abrogated any services or support. It is unacceptable that I was left in such a poor state. All they had to do was to let the staff at Versailles know. They did nothing. Some kind person found me a ventolin puffer. One of the guides could have driven their car to get me one. They told me to walk it. Am disappointed with the complete lack of humanity and compassion shown.

Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Positano Day Trip from Rome

The whole experience of going to Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano was wonderful, and our tour guide, for the day was great. However, our tour guide in Pompeii was not so great. She talked more that walked, so there was a lot we didn't see, so that was disappointing. I have been there before, but not everyone in my group had and they definitely missed out on important aspects of what Pompeii has to offer.

Sonia was an amazing tour guide with great expertise surrounding the places we toured. She was a great uplifting speaker and I would recommend her to anyone! Julius was such a skilled driver and I’m from the states so everything was so close😟 but he did a great job navigating us through the cities and I felt safe the entire time!! Loved them and this tour!!!

Excellent Tour and Guide!

This tour was excellent! Our guide (Marialena, I believe) was so informative and shared great information about the Tuscan region and the areas we visited. She pointed out areas and landmarks on the bus ride and kept the tour organized and on time. Loved it!!!

Audioguide is waste of money

We should have gotten alerted about downloading the audio guide app before heading to the Colosseum.
