Great sights, but rushed schedule and poor communication & customer service. I debated my rating because the trip is worth it if you want a fast-paced visit to Sorrento and Positano which I was fine with. However, while the itinerary promised 2 hours of free time in each town, we were only given 1 hour and 25 minutes. This felt incredibly rushed, especially when trying to fit in a meal eventually. The only plus side is that they gave us the option to go with one of the tour guides if we were ready to eat and we were able to get seated immediately. Logistics and customer service need major improvement. After an unforeseen issue made me 12 min late in the Sorrento meet up spot, I was left behind with no way to contact the guide. Customer service was hard to understand and could not tell me how to rejoin the group. I had to pay €160 for a taxi to Positano. It’s worth it if you are trying to fit it in tightly, just be aware of the misleading description and the nonexistent protocol.

Visite très intéressante avec notre guide Alberto, qui est très agréable, amusant et professionnel à la fois. Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer et le site est superbe. Encore plus complet que nous l'imaginions.Merci Alberto. Vraiment n'hésitez pas ça vaut vraiment le déplacement.

Skip-the-Line: Vatican - Half-Day (English)
I was very unhappy to pay so much money (2 tickets) to get turned away from the Vatican tour between the Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica just because my elderly mother was using a walker which was "collapsed" at the time the museum employee turned us away and would not allow us to proceed. I even told him and showed him I could easily carry the walker down the stairs and that my mother was capable of walking down the stairs on her own as long as she has a railing to hold. So I paid all this money for us to miss out on the one thing we purchased the tickets for. I will be emailing City Wonders and the Vatican as I feel this was a form of discrimination and they should have a "work around" for handicapable individuals.
En general puedo decir que está bien, si tú tienes poco tiempo o no quieres gestionar el viaje por ti mismo es una excelente opción para conocer 2 ciudades de manera sencilla ya que todo el tiempo te guian por todo el camino y te dan recomendaciones, lo único malo es que obviamente el tiempo que estás en cada sitio es muy pequeño, aproximadamente 1 hora y medio en Positano y 1 hora y media en Sorrento así que no tienes mucho tiempo para disfrutar la playa o conocer la ciudad porque es importante llegar a tiempo al punto de encuentro para evitar retrasar el tour. En nuestro tour Chiara nos explico muchas historia sobre Italia, se nota lo mucho que le apasiona hablar del tema lo que lo hace muy entretenido, ella y el chófer Julio lo hicieron de manera excelente. Sin embargo no todo es bueno, el nombre del tour dice "WITH COASTAL CRUISE" pero al llegar ahí descubrimos que no estaba incluído, el título es engañoso, no tengo suficiente espacio para explicar pero metí una queja contando.
