The palace guide, Max, was excellent and gave us a very informative tour of the palace. Unfortunately it rained so our time in the gardens was short and wet.

The tour was informative but it was hard to hear our tour guide over the street traffic noise. Also, our guide was a bit late getting to our meeting point. The Churchill War Rooms were very interesting.

Excellent, we had a wonderful time and the exhibits were well worth seeing. Crowds were minimal due to the time of year.

Tower of London with beefeater

Our guide was animated when telling the history of the Tower of London. Very informative and highly recommend this tour!

Early start worth it

The guide was easy to find and he was great. It was worth getting in early to see the ceremony and beat the crowds - as we were leaving there were loads of school groups coming in! Some people on our group seemed to think this tour included heading to Westminster after the tower, but this is just to get you in early and the guide leaves at 9. We stayed for a while to explore on our own afterwards.

Disappointing

We originally booked this tour 6 months before our trip. It was cancelled. We rebooked and were charged double. It was cancelled. We rebooked and on the tour found out there was not going to be a changing of the guard on that day. We didn't stay for the walking tour because we had already seen those places. We feel we should get our money back, but there seems to be no way to contact Viator directly.

Horrific Experience

Worst experience and worst customer service ever. No accommodation whatsoever despite weather conditions. Bear in mind it’s pouring and there is lightning and it’s a walking tour.

It was good. We did skip the line indeed. 😍 They started on time, audible sound, a summary of some info , it was brief, not boring, interesting info. Not much room for questions or extra details. No extra help in the dome climb as the title implies. After this tour ur on ur own.
