Lee was such a great tour guide! He was so knowledgeable on everything London and had a great personality. You get to see iconic London landmarks by foot and boat. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Art, history and humor with Sid

Covered a lot of ground in the Louvre. Sid was knowledgeable about the art and surrounding history, interesting and injected humor into his talk/tour.

Customer service rude and very unhelpful !!

Unfortunately we were given wrong directions on our way to the Colosseum and arrived at the meeting point at 1:18 …3 mins after the the time the tour started at 1:15. I called customer service to tell them we were at the entrance and was told that it was too late and nothing could be done. We must have been standing very close to where our group was yet no effort was made to contact the tour guide to let them know we were at the front entrance. Some tours have visible signs they hold up to make them easily visible amongst the hundreds of people but this tour guide had only navy polo shirt to identify them. I’m sure with a little effort on their part we could have seen them and joined the group. We then had to pay again to get inside. No offer of a refund or any form of understanding or assistance. He spent more time reading us the rules of arriving on time than trying to help. A Colosseum customer service agent says this happens a lot with tours that hold no signs or flags to make them stand out ….€150 lost !!!

Wonder of the world

What a majestic sight , we hopped off the bus and spent some time watching the colloseum from outside . Admired the marvel and there were some informative plaques out there .

Louver tour

The organizer didn’t give a tolerances for the people to join specially all of us from outside france so unfortunately we miss the tour and we paid for nothing . I recommend everybody not to reserve that tour

Fantastic Versailles Palace tour

We had Omar as our tour guide, and he was fantastic. His English was perfect, and the information he shared was knowledgeable but also delivered in an interesting and fun way. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it!

I paid for 2 tickets and never got my tickets. I am Still trying to get a refund after buying tickets on site. Terrible experience.

Our tour guide was great and helped us stay organized and on track as there was a lot of stops/transportation changes. We first drove a couple hours to the Cinque Terre area, then take the train to hop between the villages as Cinque Terre is an area of 5 towns. The first stop is at Manarola which is a quicker photo stop, this is the town with the beautiful colour houses, the photo you typical see when you Google Cinque Terre. Then we hopped on the train to Monterosso, this town is a bit larger and a longer stop but we used the whole time for a nice sit down lunch and didn't get to sight see much. Others chose to sight see but can only grab a quick bite. Next time I would visit do a day visit by myself and hop between the 5 towns at our own pace and maybe even stay overnight. We went end of Nov and it was cold but I can see how beautiful it'll be in the summer with flowers. Last stop was Pisa which was amazing, nice cafes/gelato shops around the square and lots of people taking photos.

The tour was amazing, our tour guide was very interesting, positive and philosophical. Pompei was amazing, very interesting. The do a pit stop for pizza after Pompei so you can bring it on the drive to Sorrento, the pizza was okay but it gave you more time to sightsee instead of eating. There is a stop on at a limonchello factory but across the street is a beautiful view of Sorrento from a distance and let's you take a photo of the whole town so be sure to check it out while waiting for others to finish their limonchello shopping. Sorrento is beautiful, definitely go to the city park and take the elevators down (for a couple euros) to the beach, the guide will take you there. We get back pretty late, around 9-9:30pm and by the time the metro is closed so you will have to take taxi/bus.
