Best guide experience

Gustavo was a great guide! We spent about 3 hours together and we learned so many things and took the best Instagram pictures. It was like walking with a friend! Highly recommend

Terrible tour guide - left people behind

Our experience with this tour and working with Viator and City Wonders was the worst we’ve ever experienced. In short, save your money. The tour guide was unclear on his directions on meeting time after the 1st location. We began the tour at the Capuchin Crypts. He told us to enjoy the audio tour. It was 22 numbers. He, AT NO POINT, told us that the audio tour could not be listened to in full. So, the bus to the 2nd location left without 4 of their original tour goers! This was a relatively small museum, and we kept pace with the rest of the group, so there was NO reason, why they left without us. When I contacted Viator they said: * Audio Tour Guidance: Our guides strive to provide clear instructions regarding the timing and expectations of the tour. <<

Overall very interesting

The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting but some commentary (eg the theft of the Mona Lisa and subsequent story) was unnecessarily detailed.

This was my fourth time to venice and third to Murano. I have never been to colorful Vurano and wanted to! This trip was ideal for me. The weather was clear and the water quite smooth. The driver was very attentive and safe. Our tour leader Serena was quite knowledgeable about various islands we passed and she shared interesting anecdotes and historical references. We have a bit of time to wander on both islands. We were not compelled to stay with the group. The glass blowing process is always riveting. I enjoy it every time I witness it. However, I do think the prices on Murano were significantly higher than in Venice. Serena was quite pleasant and the day was a success. Great value for the money

Be prepared for a long day!!! A brief stop at a roadside cafe with toilets and extensive gift shop. Quite pricey but probably similar to the fees back home at a motorway service! Pompei was amazing when you pull up you may be surprised if the layout of the town I would have expected a dedicated coach park and we'll labelled points. We parked across the road at a restaurant to use the facilities and pre order pizza if required to eat on the way to Sorrento. We split into two groups and were guided around the main parts. The place is quite expansive and lots to experience and plenty of ancient artifa cts, very impressive. After about 2 hours we were back on the coach and made a brief stop at a limoncello refinery. We then continued to Sorrento for around 2 hours of free time. The town was partially closed as it is out of season so not much going on but still choices to eat . Overall a long but enjoyable day.

Me & my husband had a very wonderful trip with Antonino as our guide. He is an excellent and dedicated tour leader. Antonino goes far and beyond. He is super knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He is highly experienced and attentive to our needs. The driver, Andrea is very careful & skillful, ensureng the comfort & safety of everyone. Highly recommended.

Muito boa mas muito cansativa. Penso que o tempo em Pompéia poderia ser reduzido para 1 hora e em Positano cerca de 45 minutos. Outra observação: ótimos motoristas mas falando muito no celular durante os trajetos aumentando risco de acidentes por desatenção
